This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Wow what an amazing property, just wish I could have stayed longer. Home from home with more. Comfortable bed/s great quality including bedding and towels of luxury quality. Thoughtful touches on arrival. Local amenities, plenty of restaurants/pubs walking distance. Beautiful local reservoir walks, plenty to do and see. Spa was an amazing added bonus to enjoy your stay with full relaxation under the stars and after a long walk. Will definitely stay again and have recommended to my family and friends already. One of those weekend breaks that you don't want to end. Thanks for everything.

Beautiful property in a gorgeous location. Angela Louise had added personal touches and had really thought about what we might need during our stay. Had a wonderful break.

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

What a wonderful stay at Manor Farm. The house was beautiful, well maintained, extremely spacious and very comfortable. The surrounding countryside was stunning, with great food being served in nearby pubs and plenty of places to visit. Great space for youngsters too, with the wildlife - baby rabbits, sheep and birds and of course the swimming pool and games room, all of which they loved. Thanks to the hosts for their welcome and hospitable atmosphere.

Great value for money. Can't stress enough how friendly and reliable the staff were. We had a lovely week stay, the house was clean, the beds were comfy and the scenery was perfect. We were informed of the booking system for the swimming pool and games room, so you could have the room to yourself which was great. The pool was clean, the games room was kept tidy and the house surroundings were really lovely to walk around. You can tell the grounds were well maintained and kept in good shape as the workers never stopped, but were always so friendly. This property is perfect for bike riders, walkers and pub crawlers. You couldn't get bored.

Delanie is just the Best Host, the Welcome Hamper was Amazing and very well thought out 🤩 Managed a day trip to Blackpool only 30mins away, but the Grandchildren were eager to get back to the Pool and Pool table 😃 We will be back 👍

Great spot for visting family in Bradford

We've stayed here before; this is our second visit. The house is just great. Two large bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and a bug living room (with a jukebox!) and a large kitchen/dining room with everything you need in it. I love that John leaves stuff that you need like milk and essentials in the cupboards. Hebden Bridge is lovely, you can go on walks right from the back door of the house and everything about the house just feels like somewhere where John wants to make it feel personal and like you're welcome. Thoroughly recommend.

Recently stayed at Joanne’s place for 2 nights with 2 friends. Joanne could not be more helpful and accommodating, the place was spotless and a really good location for us not too far from Leeds. I would highly recommend this property!

I just stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Irene's place really is a home away from home! communication was excellent prior to my arrival, and the house was perfectly located for a few events I had in the city centre and surrounding areas of Bradford. I was able to park outside the house, and with lots of driving around this was really important. The house is very welcoming and warm, comfortably furnished including super comfy beds and pillows! great WiFi, shops and everything you need close by. I really couldn't have asked for a better stay or a better host, and I will look to book again next time I'm in town! thank you for everything Irene ☺️

Exactly what we needed for a night away for a wedding. Usmaan was helpful and flexible and made our stay much easier. The instructions for check in were really helpful and the house had everything we needed for 5 adults to stay. Really appreciated the clear communication and flexibility. Thanks so much.

John was very helpful when I looked to stay at his house in Leeds! Gave very clear and precise instructions and was always available if I had any questions or needed help. Would recommend staying here if ever you fancy somewhere to stay in Leeds!

Very good stay, even when something was needed it was sorted quickly. Good location for pub and easy to get into town or other local areas.

We were very happy with our stay : the home was clean and there was a very generous , thoughtful welcome basket to greet us. The best thing about this home was the location as everything we needed was within walking distance - restaurants, pubs and little supermarkets were a short walk which was perfect for us after being out all day exploring. My family and I have just returned from a lovely stay at Lynwood House. Lynwood House was clean and modern while retaining period features, it had everything we needed to feel at home. It was an easy walk to all the local amenities and some great walks from the doorstep. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful House and would return in a flash.

Lovely place to stay was just unsure on the central heating but we switched it to auto and it came on at 6am didn’t really no how to use it shop nearby for all ur essential bits will definitely stay again thanks Carrie x

A really lovely place to stay. The house had everything we needed. As a group of 12, Debbie was an excellent host , helping us with the logistics of getting into Sheffield whenever we needed the mini bus. Really friendly and was always on hand to help with any queries. The surrounding area in the Peak District was absolutely beautiful with incredible views, we went on a few hikes to take in the gorgeous scenery. Thank you for a lovely stay, would highly recommend.

This was a perfect property for our overnight stay. We came for a music event at the co op live arena. The location was easy to find and within walking distance of the venue. We felt safe when walking home from the event at midnight. The property itself was lovely, lots of space for ourselves and our adult children. An outside area for sitting in the sun was a bonus. The facilities were excellent and communication with the hosts was friendly and prompt. This was a great place to stay and would highly recommend. I would definitely book again and it may encourage us to come for a longer stay 🙂

Linda's house is lovely, spotlessly clean, and has all the home from home comforts. It was perfect for a group of 5 of us for a weekend. The location is great, a short walk to West Disdbury, and close to central Manchester and Stockport. It's in a quiet cul de sac with a green in the middle, which had a nice atmosphere with neighbours socialising. We enjoyed sitting in the garden in the sun, and in the evening when the twinkly lights came on! We had a great stay and would definitely book again when needing somewhere to stay in Manchester. We booked Tina's beautiful apartments as part of our family trip to visit relatives in Clitheroe and we're very satisfied with our accomodations. Tina was always responsive and provided clear instructions to check in, as well as a handy guide with recommendations to the area. The apartments were true to pictures, beautifully maintained with plenty of well thought-out extras provided such as a sewing kit in each bathroom and a small welcome treat of local crisps / biscuits and coffee provided. Definitely an amazing host, would recommend booking with Tina if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay with all the amenities and within walking distance of most things within Clitheroe!

The house was exactly as described, check in was easy and instructions were clear. The location was ideal for the airport to catch our early flight. Would definitely stay again next time we need to catch an early flight
