Great location. Real home! Didn't have all of the cheap and fake fragrance and tacky knick knacks you usually find in an airbnb. Beautiful place with nice hosts.

Laura’s place was exactly as described: clean, quaint, cozy and with every detail for a traveler carefully addressed. It was an easy walk to the beach and to several restaurants. I would stay there again in a heartbeat if traveling to Long Island again.

Great location for being nearby LIU. Great backyard for the dog- if you have a large dog like we do. Fence on one side (gate) can easily be gotten under by a dog who wants to leave. House was cute and in a nice area. We expected the basement smell as it rained all week before we arrived. It was not that bad after the first day. The dishwasher had the previous renter’s stuff in it so we had to unload before loading ours as instructed. Also we took garbage out to back gate as instructed but it was quite full already. No swiffer or broom to sweep up the debris tracked in from the muddy yard. Happy with the space. Comforters were so comfy! We didn’t expect to be so close to a firehouse and hear an alarm multiple times a night every night. Not sure if that’s the norm. It was quite loud. Nothing the host could’ve done, just surprised us. Ants are a known issue- sprays available and traps but I had the dog so couldn’t use. Water crickets were gross. Entry is safe. Host very responsive

Very great place to stay that makes you feel like at home. Great amemities and lots of kitchen supplies if you ever need to cook. They also provide free water! Everything is clean and host replies quickly. Highly recommend!
