Vacation rentals with breakfast in Olbia

Marzia is a very welcoming host who knows how to put you at ease, like most Italians😊👌. She is extremely responsive when we ask questions. Marzia is full of ideas for activities when we ask her. She's the best!!! 👍🏼 The house is very nice, located 20 minutes from the beaches. It's possible to do your shopping on foot, enjoy the many bars and restaurants. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very clean and functional… we had breakfast all week🤗!!! Go there with your eyes closed. 😉

The house and the location are amazing. The view from terrasse is unbelievably beautiful. Chiara is very helpful and available and provide all instructions in details. I will be back for sure.

The house is located around 5mins walk to the beach. The beach itself is very private with no lifeguards so at your own risk and not very shallow after few meters but still lots of children are swimming in it and quite safe with little to no waves. The house is an older style of house which reminds me of my grandparent’s house. It is clean and well maintained. Lots of space indoor and outdoor. Very clear instructions on how to get there and what to do and not to do. Nice kitchen with basic equipments so preferably buy some groceries and you will be self-sufficient in the house for days. The bed could be a little bit more comfortable though. But overall, a great experience to go off the grid!

I stayed at Giovanni Antonio’s Air BnB for about 10 days in January 2025. My stay was fantastic. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby! As for the host and his wife, they are lovely people, truly welcoming and on hand for any questions or issues. They provided a generous, well-stocked and replenished supply of breakfast foods. The location is great, with the main supermarket a two-minute walk and the town centre 3-4 minutes walk from the front door. The local pizzeria, La Torre, recommended to me by everyone I met in Ozieri, is excellent only a 5-minute walk. As a Catholic, I was also delighted to find active churches - the beautiful cathedral and the church of San Francesco - also 5-10 minutes walk from the house. I could go on, but suffice it to say it has been a great experience and I would recommend this lovely family's house to anyone.

Very cute house and host available and nice!! Outdoor shower very popular with children on the way back from the beach! Proximity to beach and sightseeing, perfect!!!

Elia was a dream host. I've stayed in 50+ Airbnbs over the years and she is easily one of the top 2-3 most hospitable that my wife and I have encountered. From beach to food recommendations, making sure we were comfortable at all times was so nice - especially since it was our first time travelling outside the UK with our 8 month old son. Sozza is such a quaint little village I was even able to watch the Champions League final with some of Elia's friends at the local bar - what a great experience! Sozza is well located near beach towns, but also near the Barbagia region, so makes a great home base for day trips. Couldn't recommend Elia's beautiful family home enough -- with original painted murals on the outside as the icing on the cake.

delightful accommodation, integrating a modern sensibility and an old style stone building so both elements are present and contribute to the ambience. the host provided nice welcoming touches, good recommendations and was very responsive. I will note that this is not a place for those with problems balancing or climbing stairs, since the stair steps are high and the stones well worn. highly recommended for everyone else.

The house is very personally designed, located only 10 minutes walk from the long sandy beach on a very quiet property with lots of oleander and a covered place to sit relaxed. A pleasant place if you don't want to spend the whole day on the beach. Castelsardo is a half hour drive away and it has many varied rock and sandy beaches nearby. Mara and Giovanni live in a house on the property, are pleasant hosts and I like to remember to say my name to Mara's sparkling manner.

Patrizia's apartment is impeccable, the cleaning and the small touches offered are not far from what you will find at the hotel. Rarely seen so complete after 10 years of Airbnb. The apartment is spacious enough, personalized decoration, a small terrace and very well located to quickly reach the beautiful areas of La Maddalena by car. Smooth communication with Patrizia, excellent value for money, I can only recommend it!

Fantastic place and fantastic hosts. Very accommodating and responsive throughout the stay, with the room being great value for money compared with other nearby stays at this time of year.

Clean and functional apartment. Perfect location for walking around the city center. Beautiful quiet street next to a beautiful square full of charming bars and restaurants. The building is quiet and secure, unfortunately there is no view but on the other hand we have peace to sleep. You can arrive quietly even during the night and it's too easy to get to Olbia airport. Very responsive and amicable host.

We stayed 3 nights in the accommodation and felt very comfortable with Angela. As a starting point to the many great beaches, Loiri is superbly located. We got great tips for beaches and activities. We were even booked a table at the Agriturismo Tenuta Oster Maria (it was actually fully booked on the site). It was a great experience. The pool looked very inviting. Unfortunately, we did not use it, as we were on the beach most of the time. Our highlight in the accommodation was the great and loving breakfast from Angela. She is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Villa Smeralda is a very nice place to stay close to the beaches (the closest are about twenty minutes away) and Olbia (15 minutes). The apartment was very nice with terrace, barbecue, air conditioning... everything you need. The pool is a plus to cool down during the hot hours or in the evening. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Antonio is nice and very accommodating.

The studio is in a great location, less than 10 minutes from Olbia and 15/20 from San Teodoro. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, markets and everything you need for your vacation. The apartment, even if small, is new and very clean. Bathroom not too comfortable due to the small size but the shower is big enough even for 2. The host is very friendly and we had no problems.

This place is just gorgeous at a perfect location. Close to restaurants, the port with it's beatuful scenery even a smal market is just across the streat. I would gladly get back there next time I'm in Porto Rotondo.

Wonderful B&B of José and Massimo, the room was clean, thoughfully decorated and comes with all you need, even bathroom amenities. Breakfast was lovely and offers plenty of food, Massimo even prepares freshly baked cakes. Besides, you should definetely check out Ristorante Mares, that has just recently opened by Massimo. It offers amazing seafood and a great view on Tavolara island. Overall, the B&B and hospitaliy of the owners make this place unique would definetely come back!

The B&B exceeded all expectations! It is totally picturesque in a small authentic place with the best view of the countryside and the sea. The room was not only clean, but pure and we could just feel comfortable. The bathroom was modern and really clean, the bedding fresh. Sandra was so helpful, welcomed us warmly and gave us some tips. Since we had to check out early the next morning, we unfortunately could not have breakfast. Sandra didn't want to let us go to the airport hungry, so she prepared a large breakfast to go for us in the evening, which we could take out of the fridge in the morning. So sweet!! 🥰

We loved our first stay here in Sardinia. It was peaceful, almost idyllic and a perfect place to come and relax. We were the only ones at the B&B and therefore felt like we had most of the space to ourself. We were able to cook in the kitchen at night and in the morning Esther prepared a lovely fresh breakfast with coffee, fruits and other things. We even handpicked our fruit from the trees, which we were more than welcome to do. The only important thing to note is that a car is a must have if you want to move around. Some of her recommendations (activities) were 10 minutes away minimum by car. The surroundings of Esther's home are very calm and it's more of a residential area than a place with many cafe's and restaurants. We however needed the space to unwind, and this was the perfect place to do so for a few days.

We loved our stay in San Teodoro! The house was very clean, super beautiful, in walking distance to downtown and a smaller beach area. Breakfast was great. Property was stunning. We wanted to stay longer we loved it so much!

Lovely host! Antonella was very responsive and extremely sweet. Felt right at home and the hot tub was really nice. One of the best hosts I have had. It was my bday so she even left some desert for me which was a very sweet thoughtful gesture. I would definitely recommend this place and Sardinia is beautiful ❤️

We were there for 1 night & the place is special. On foot you can reach the harbor and the restaurants within 10 minutes. Also a Spar is very close by. Parking is available in the street free of charge. The accommodation is very modern and the concept (color of the rooms and breakfast) is very well thought out. Breakfast is sufficient and we also had the opportunity to make contacts, which was really great for a road tour. There's even a small guest gift, really super sweet. All in all, we liked it very much and can wholeheartedly recommend the place.

We had 3 nice nights in Antonio's b&b with his sweet cat Minú 🐈‍⬛ A nice and very clean b&b, very comfortable. You can see that Antonio has thought of the smallest details and is incredibly hospitable. He provided us with nice tips for activities nearby. A well-prepared breakfast and a very pleasant energy. We had a fabulous stay here! About 5 minutes walk to the central high street in Olbia, though far enough way for complete peace and quiet at night. Also very close to the main bus stops to get around the city and the coaches if you’re headed further afield. Such good value! Yoghurts, juice, butter, bread, coffee etc all provided and included in the cost. And a table and chairs outside to sit and enjoy the sun with your food. Comfy bed in a light airy room with a great bathroom and shower. Our hosts were super helpful and let us drop our bags early. They had great local restaurant recommendations too. We got stuck with a cancelled bus and they were quick to send us local taxi numbers (huge help as lots of people ended up pretty stranded) I would definitely stay here again - thank you!
