Vacation rentals with breakfast in Olbia

Marzia is a very welcoming host who knows how to put you at ease, like most Italians😊👌. She is extremely responsive when we ask questions. Marzia is full of ideas for activities when we ask her. She's the best!!! 👍🏼 The house is very nice, located 20 minutes from the beaches. It's possible to do your shopping on foot, enjoy the many bars and restaurants. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very clean and functional… we had breakfast all week🤗!!! Go there with your eyes closed. 😉

The house and the location are amazing. The view from terrasse is unbelievably beautiful. Chiara is very helpful and available and provide all instructions in details. I will be back for sure.

A beautiful house, lovingly furnished and with heart. Beach and shopping are close. A large discovery paradise for children. We all 4 felt very comfortable and really well recovered.

The house is located around 5mins walk to the beach. The beach itself is very private with no lifeguards so at your own risk and not very shallow after few meters but still lots of children are swimming in it and quite safe with little to no waves. The house is an older style of house which reminds me of my grandparent’s house. It is clean and well maintained. Lots of space indoor and outdoor. Very clear instructions on how to get there and what to do and not to do. Nice kitchen with basic equipments so preferably buy some groceries and you will be self-sufficient in the house for days. The bed could be a little bit more comfortable though. But overall, a great experience to go off the grid!

Great stay! Super convenient location to the center of San Teodoro, walkable to everything. House was peaceful and clean. Antonello greeted us and welcomed us with food and drinks stocked which was so nice!! Heed his warning when he tells you about the Friday mercato. We didn’t move our rental car far enough and it got towed. He didn’t reply when we asked for advice on how to retrieve it but thankfully Gabriele was great and was super proactive about helping us get it back. Gabrielle also was very friendly and sent us some great recommendations for beaches, restaurants and excursions.

I stayed at Giovanni Antonio’s Air BnB for about 10 days in January 2025. My stay was fantastic. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby! As for the host and his wife, they are lovely people, truly welcoming and on hand for any questions or issues. They provided a generous, well-stocked and replenished supply of breakfast foods. The location is great, with the main supermarket a two-minute walk and the town centre 3-4 minutes walk from the front door. The local pizzeria, La Torre, recommended to me by everyone I met in Ozieri, is excellent only a 5-minute walk. As a Catholic, I was also delighted to find active churches - the beautiful cathedral and the church of San Francesco - also 5-10 minutes walk from the house. I could go on, but suffice it to say it has been a great experience and I would recommend this lovely family's house to anyone.

delightful accommodation, integrating a modern sensibility and an old style stone building so both elements are present and contribute to the ambience. the host provided nice welcoming touches, good recommendations and was very responsive. I will note that this is not a place for those with problems balancing or climbing stairs, since the stair steps are high and the stones well worn. highly recommended for everyone else.

Patrizia's apartment is impeccable, the cleaning and the small touches offered are not far from what you will find at the hotel. Rarely seen so complete after 10 years of Airbnb. The apartment is spacious enough, personalized decoration, a small terrace and very well located to quickly reach the beautiful areas of La Maddalena by car. Smooth communication with Patrizia, excellent value for money, I can only recommend it!

We stayed here for a couple nights and would definitely stayed here next time we visit. Comfortable bed, ice cold a/c, quiet, and a water view from the terrace are all we need to be happy guests. Valentina’s place checked all those boxes.

Villa Smeralda is a very nice place to stay close to the beaches (the closest are about twenty minutes away) and Olbia (15 minutes). The apartment was very nice with terrace, barbecue, air conditioning... everything you need. The pool is a plus to cool down during the hot hours or in the evening. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Antonio is nice and very accommodating.

Viola's apartment enjoys an exceptional view of the Maddalena Islands, Caprera and the coast. The house is large, with a separate living room and kitchenette, a small terrace, and 2 bedrooms. There is only one bathroom, which is the weak point of the house as it should be renovated: the shower and toilet drain work poorly, and the water in the sink comes out red for the first few seconds. There's Wi-Fi. Parking is not assigned, but with a little luck it is located in the two large condominium parking lots or nearby. Parking is not under the house, but you can get under the house by car for loading/unloading. Many stairs, not suitable for limited mobility. There is a condominium pool. You need a card to enter: unfortunately it was not provided to us, but with the help of Viola and his friend Davide we went to the village to get one from the administrator. You have to wear a headset for the bathroom in the pool: unfortunately no one had told us so on the first day we couldn't get wet.

Very central location, close to all attractions. Exceptionally helpful hosts. Good communicators. They helped us enormously.

We were delighted with our stay at Dorota's place. This place has met our expectations, it is well located, clean accommodation, pleasant host and responsive to any questions and provides a solution. In addition, pets are allowed, as described in the listing and true, my dog made a nice boyfriend:) We recommend this listing for your stay in Olbia, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing house set in the most beautiful location . We loved every minute and Sebastiano is a perfect host and true gentleman. My only warning would be for anyone with a disability or unsteady on there feet there is no bannister rail and open plan stairs so might be tricky for some people.

Beautiful place that had everything you need. Tony was very friendly and accommodating. It was a 10-minute walk to the old town, but you have a parking space. You had a great view from the balcony at breakfast. Glad to come back!

We stayed at Grazia's to be able to go to Mamoiada for Cortes Apertas, and it was definitely a great idea, both for the location and for the quality of the service offered (clean rooms, very comfortable beds, good and abundant breakfast)

Tigelio is a perfect Superhost. Friendly and always available, he responds promptly to all requests, recommended restaurants and beaches, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the property well before check-in. Very convenient parking right in front of the house. The house is tidy and very clean, close to the center and the boarding for the ferries, both within a ten-minute walk. Breakfast was very much appreciated. Thanks again to Adana and Tigelio for their availability!

We had a fabulous stay here! About 5 minutes walk to the central high street in Olbia, though far enough way for complete peace and quiet at night. Also very close to the main bus stops to get around the city and the coaches if you’re headed further afield. Such good value! Yoghurts, juice, butter, bread, coffee etc all provided and included in the cost. And a table and chairs outside to sit and enjoy the sun with your food. Comfy bed in a light airy room with a great bathroom and shower. Our hosts were super helpful and let us drop our bags early. They had great local restaurant recommendations too. We got stuck with a cancelled bus and they were quick to send us local taxi numbers (huge help as lots of people ended up pretty stranded) I would definitely stay here again - thank you!

We had 3 nice nights in Antonio's b&b with his sweet cat Minú 🐈‍⬛ A nice and very clean b&b, very comfortable. You can see that Antonio has thought of the smallest details and is incredibly hospitable. He provided us with nice tips for activities nearby. A well-prepared breakfast and a very pleasant energy. I was in a difficult situation and Aurora promptly responded to me in a very understanding and friendly way. The stay, albeit short, was very pleasant, the tranquility and peace I felt in the middle of the olive trees leaves little room for words. The girls were also super helpful and hospitable the next morning, taking me with their car to Palau. In my opinion, an excellent example of hospitality, although they have recently opened. Good good

Fabrizio is a wonderfully warm, friendly, helpful host. We enjoyed chatting with him, and he gave us many excellent suggestions on places to visit and things to do in and around Nuoro. If you're interested in history, culture, and scenery, this is an outstanding "home base" from which to explore Sardinia's interior and northeast coast. The room is large, comfortable, and extremely quiet. The bed is comfortable, and so is the shower. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, and we hope to return someday.
