Family villa in Färjestaden with swimming in walking distance

A 155 sqm villa in quiet neighborhood. There is a playground in the area and several nice swimming areas(500m). Grocery store is 500m from the property and bus connections are a stone's throw away. The house is fully renovated inside about 5 years ago and the feeling is still new and fresh. There are 4 bedrooms with 7-seater spaces. A larger bathroom with shower, washer and dryer as well as a smaller one with toilet. In the garden, there is a patio that invites you to barbecue evenings. Otherwise, all amenities a regular villa has.

The serene landscape features a wooden dock leading towards a yellow boat docked near the shore. A modest cabin is nestled among tall trees, surrounded by lush greenery. An outdoor fireplace and a few small rocks are visible on the property, contributing to the natural setting.

With only 30 minutes from Astrid Lindgren's world, there is the chance to enjoy and enjoy in an incredibly lovely peaceful environment. Since there are two cabins on the property and also place to set up a camper or caravan, it is is absolutely perfect for several families to rent at the same time.
