A beautiful space. Beautifully designed spaces. Great kitchen. Upstairs beds. Well located on the edge of downtown. Bathing facilities outside the house. To the train station only about 800 m. Nice landlords, very helpful. All around a good stay.

A nice apartment. Large, with private entrance, comfortable beds, kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Sten is a super nice host, helpful and has a lot to tell about the surroundings. Also got good tips for onward trip to Öland. We enjoyed ourselves and can warmly recommend the accommodation.

Nice and spacious accommodation with all the amenities one might need and a nice host. Perfect location with close proximity to both the city center and swimming. Exceeded my and teenage children's expectations. Thank you!

Small apartment very well equipped, very clean. Niclas was able to welcome us and exchange a few words with us, in French Very well located in the center of Kalmar,which is a pretty town, with a beautiful castle and the island of Oland very close

This was our second time in Jörgen's flat and we loved staying there again. Jörgen is a great host and the area is definitely worth a visit.

The second time we rented and just as happy this time. A really good place for the family that is highly recommended!

Our stay in Köpinsvik was above and beyond, proximity to the beach, Ica and restaurants, was more than what we expected. We rented a bike from nearby camping, so we could easily get into Borgholm. It took about 15 minutes to bike there. What we wished was that there was more than one parking. Jonas always responded when contacting him, however, we did not meet him in person without all communication was via message. Can highly recommend this home, as it was absolutely perfect!

Such a nice house that in every way met our expectations. We spent the autumn holidays here and appreciated that the house was warm and cozy, with the fireplace that made it extra cozy. There are also several games in the house which the children liked. Great kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The location is great, both in the area with proximity to the sea, and to explore the northern parts of Öland. Everything above combined with smooth check-in and nice host allows me to highly recommend this accommodation!

Nice accommodation within walking distance to a good beach. When to most things. Thrived very well for the two days we stayed there. Klara was helpful and responded quickly.

We loved our stay at the classic archipelago house. It was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. We would have loved to stay longer! We loved walking on the property to the sea, seeing the sheep, chickens, and very friendly dog on the way, picking blackberries, sitting in the garden, trying the sauna, etc. We would love to return someday!

Please take your own bedding sheets and so on with you, we forgot them but Anders and Hugo (I believe they are brothers) immediately reacted and provided us with an Ikea bag filled with sheets and covers. Fantastic service and this house is highly recommendable. It's on an island (Aspo) with a daily almost hourly ferry commute at 30 minutes sail from Karlskrona. Aspo is relaxed, has really fantastic forests and a well stocked supermarket at walking distance from the house. We brought our own boat on a trailer which can be launched from an excellent harbour at 300 meters from the house. One other thing, my wife mentioned that the kitchen was extraordinarely well stocked with pans, cooking utensils and so on. Kind regards, Frans

We had a nice holiday. But out of season it is quite reliant on öland. I'm sure we'll be back.

We had a very nice stay at Fredriks house! Coming straight from Astrid Lindgrens World it was great to arrive at such a peaceful place. We recharged our batteries with walks by the water, journeys for blueberries in the forest and relaxing at the house. Very recommendable!

I live in the big city and wanted a small getaway. I have now found a gem and will definitely come back here! The hosts were so nice, service minded and professional. The accommodation was absolutely incredible, everything looked newly renovated with a style that fits the surroundings and the item. It was incredibly clean and fresh as well as having just everything you need and then some. I often stay in hotels and always phase out how the beds will be as it is an important part for me, these beds were incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby :-) The house is remote and surrounded by a very beautiful nature, an optimal starting point for those who want to explore Småland or just laze in the apartment :) I train with my motorcycle and the host turned out to share my interest, so he took me on an absolutely magical cruise in Småland that I won't soon forget, thank you Konststantin for that! Summed up, I'm overwhelmingly pleasantly surprised by everything! Can't wait to go back and a BIG thank you to Konstantin and Nicole!

Cozy apartment that is close to the city center. Everything went smoothly.

It was a great stay. The apartment was perfect, tidy, modern with all the amenities. In addition, it was absolutely wonderful to wake up to a lovely sea view. Simon is quick to communicate and is helpful. We are super happy with the stay. Would have loved to extend the stay.

A great home in Sandvik with a magical view. Can highly recommend both this and the cozy Hamnkrogen under the balcony that you might think should disturb a little but it didn't at all. Johanna as a host is easy to connect with and responds quickly if you need help with anything.

Despite the beautiful pictures, I was again positively surprised on site. A beautiful apartment with lake view and everything you need. I didn't meet Filip myself in person, but silk very friendly friend. I would come back at any time and can only recommend it!
