Cozy cottage with sea view on Nynäs before Oknö. Connect with the whole family in this peaceful home with its own plot about 100 meters to the sea close to swimming and nice hiking areas. Close to restaurants and grocery store. In case of bad weather, we have a water pallet bath house inside central Mönsterås. The cottage is well insulated so you can stay in the winter there. Newly renovated the whole house in 2024. Have two parking spaces on the property so you can bring a boat if you are going to fish in the Gulf of Mönsterås. No parties and smoking inside.

Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) on the area with open spaces. The residence offers a terrace facing the lake with barbecue possibilities and sun deck. There is a soap stove in the house that can be burned in. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available with 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles only cleaning) Guests will bring their own linens and towels as well as charcoal and sparkling to the grill.
