MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

Jennifer was simply amazing! So responsive, communicative, understanding, kind, accommodating and genuine. Beautiful property which was so accurate to the photos, perfect location, easy instructions and loads of helpful information. The energy at fantastical cottage was so beautiful, it was the perfect getaway.

This was our third trip to Darrell’s place in 2 1/2 years. We just can’t get enough! Each trip we add another night to our stay. We’re already checking our schedule for a trip back in October! This guest house is a tiny home, packed full of everything you need. We enjoyed cooking on the little two burner stove top, extra blankets for lounging around on the outdoor bed, mini fridge holds a lot, toaster oven, space heater for the chilly evenings, tv with cable and WiFi. Our favorite thing about this place is the feeling we get when we’re here. We’re instantly at peace. It’s calm and serene. We enjoyed working on crafts at the picnic table under the trees, listening to the deep wind chimes resonate throughout the property. Birds and other wild life are active and brought life to the experience as well as the flow of the many water falls. Darrell is really friendly, and generous. We’re so grateful that he offers this space to us to rent. Looking forward to our next visit!

Another Great Stay – Just as Wonderful the Second Time! This was my second time staying at this Airbnb, and it was just as excellent as the first. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for my arrival. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches and consistency in quality. It’s clear the host takes pride in offering a great experience. I’ll definitely be back again!

Nancy’s place was perfect for us for our week+ stay while visiting family in the area. The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything that we needed. Nancy was quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved the neighborhood as we are big walkers and the neighborhood streets and the preserve trail right at the end of the road were great for exercise. It was a bit of a cool week while we were in SoCal so the heater/fireplace was a welcome plus for keeping us comfortable. As a tea drinker, I was happy to have an electric tea kettle available while my husband enjoyed the keurig machine and the supply of k-cups Nancy provided. We would certainly stay again.

Alan’s place is really great with its proximity to downtown Santa Barbara and all the fun restaurants and activities. Alan was a great host. The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need. I will look to book here again on the next visit to Santa Barbara.

Our stay at Linda’s place was great! Nice touches with hand written notes and snacks to welcome us. Absolutely beautiful garden and outdoor area. You can tell there’s a lot of care that goes into to the property. Inside was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would overall recommend.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay. Everything was as described, and we felt completely at home. The location is perfect - quiet and safe. I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and checking out all of the beautiful houses. The bungalow was very well-equipped with everything we needed. My only issue (which was only mine) was that cabinets were really high up for me (I’m only 5’0), but wasn’t an issue for my much taller daughter. The patio was also a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather we had. We will definitely stay here again when we’re visiting So. Cal.

We've stayed in a few different places in Venice over the years, and this is by far our favorite. It's a perfect space - well decorated with cool furniture, and every room felt just the right size. The kitchen was great, really well organized, and the bathroom / bathtub was clean and lovely (loved the bidet). Internet was fast and reliable, great for working from home like I did (and there are also tons of places - restaurants / cafes - to work out of nearby). Walking distance to my favorite gym, Barry's Bootcamp, as well as the grocery store. Great for kids because of the bathtub and the fenced in front yard. Would love to stay here again on our next visit!

Unique little spot with amazing views. We were even able to get a bit of hiking in - Lisa gave us the inside scoop on how to walk from our lil trailer to the Topanga State Park trails. We spent some time in LA as well as Oxnard to go whale watching - couldn’t have been better situated to access all the good stuff and take some scenic drives (if you’re into that sort of thing). We are into that sort of thing. Well worth the money just for the atmosphere and nature (fell asleep to the croaks of the local frog population) though we didn’t see any. Comfy beds and restful sleep. Thank you!

This sweet little house was great for an extended weekend visit to Santa Barbara! We were able to walk to the local coffee shop and stroll to the Farmers Market on Saturday morning. The driveway is small but our Subaru fit perfect. It is a busy street but not so bad after 10 pm. Dawn is a great host and responds quickly to any inquiry r=or questions. Check in and check out were easy with no issues.

What a great spot! There is a lot to do within walking distance but there are a lot of stairs to get to the main thoroughfare. The cottage was super cozy for a tiny house. The kitchen had amenities for the first morning which was helpful after a day of travel. We wished we had more time to spend there but there was so much to do in Ventura.

Garrett's Lookout has an incredible view and a welcoming host. It is especially beautiful in the morning with fresh air and the sun. Thanks for sharing your spot and kindness.

Second time staying at this house, and just as great as the first time. Fabulous location, comfortable, and extremely well-stocked. Great for our two kids--6 and 9--too. A wonderful experience.

A wonderful stay. Great proximity to the surrounding towns and wineries - all in driving distance. The Airbnb was comfortable and homely. Would stay again if visiting the area.

Jen’s place was so beautiful and clean! The house had everything we needed for a peaceful Summerland getaway by the beach and was perfectly kid friendly for our toddler! We had such a great time and can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed staying at Hanne’s place. The studio is cute, clean, and private. The back garden is lovely. We sipped tea at the table and chairs in the morning or sat on the grass. The location is ideal. A few blocks to great restaurants. Lovely teas are provided but no coffee, though there is a coffee pot. There are 2 single beds, so my boyfriend and I pulled the mattresses together on the floor at night to make one bed.

Debra was such an amazing host!! She took my friends and I in during the fire evacuations in LA and was so helpful during our entire stay. She brought us fresh eggs from her friend's farm and gave us great recommendations for places to explore in the area. The cabin was so cute and cozy, we all felt so at home! Thank you Debra!!

Chuck and Adrian were a great host. They were very easy to communicate and provided clear instructions. We absolutely loved the cottage - a very charming cottage in the Studio Village.

Loved this place. Felt like home on a beach. Wished I stayed longer but the place was an absolute joy to stay at. I’ll be using this place in the future for other trips.

Elizabeth’s cottage was so beautiful and spacious. Great care is taken to make sure you feel at home including providing robes, snacks, coffee, and more. The location is fantastic - easy commute to the west side, Beverly Hills, or for just exploring the Valley. Would definitely return!
