we lived in apartment 10 with a wonderful view of the sea and a beautifully manicured park. A balcony with a clothes dryer, chairs, and a stool was an added bonus. I think the house is the best located home in the area. Quiet yet close to the main street with restaurants. in the park benches and gym.

Our flights have been rescheduled so we had to start with some questions. Mario was very accessible and particularly helpful both in advance and during the stay. The place is very well equipped so we didn't miss anything. The sofa bed is also comfortable enough to sleep on it for two weeks. The complex is on the edge of the converted promenade, but good and cheap beach with lifeguards, lie and fresh water right outside the door. Beach bars with drinks and food are also nearby. Summary: apartment, location and beach good. The city is rather small and quiet, but well suited for us with small and middle children.

Spaceous apartment in a tranquil location with a great pool. Plenty of resteraunts and shops within walking distance, as is the closest sandy beach. Plus the bus stop is a 10 mins walk, with regular buses to Nessebar and Sunny Beach or Borgas Overall it's great for a relaxing stay.

The place is fantastic and intimate. You can feel at home there, quiet and relax. The apartment is spacious, large very well equipped kitchen with all cooking equipment, two bathrooms, air conditioning working in both bedrooms and living room. The terrace provides relaxation during the day and in the evening with a beautiful view of the sea and Obzor, a good view of the pool, a quick descent. There was no shortage of sun loungers in the pool. On site, by the pool, there is a bar where you can order warm snacks, ice cream and drinks. A Ping-pong table is also available. Jack has been friendly and flexible since the start of the reservation. He was always quick to respond to messages and help. Please pay attention to cleaning fees before booking.

Above all expectations. Angelina arranged a transfer. Despite the morning, I immediately checked into the apartment. I'm in touch 24/7 Any request, question, advice were answered. You can write a lot of warm words about the hostess of the apartment. The apartments themselves are really located on the first line. Now I really understand why such a high rating. What a beautiful place!! We booked on a whim not knowing anything about the town of Byala but we loved everything about it. The house is just like in the pictures,was well stocked with all the kitchen essentials,enough towels for everyone. It’s such a peaceful place,so quiet!! Truly a gem! The town is wonderful,too! Clean,with lots of restaurants to choose from (we loved Vodenitsata and Bistro Ribkata). We loved that there were lots of playgrounds ,soccer field and basketball courts. We had a blast on our vacation ,loved everything about the house and will definitely visit again! PS: Pool was a dream too! Thank you!

The apartment has everything you need (laundry detergents, condiments, dishes, and everything that is indicated in the description.) The apartment matches the photos. The shower doors are a little stuck in the bathroom. The complex is quite compact and cozy. Suitable for couples with children, there are a lot of children and different ages). But there is a mandatory quiet hour(14:00 - 16:00) when always quiet. The pool wasn't filled until June 25th. The sea is close, but it is worth noting that the slope is very sharp and the descent consists of many steps. The beach is sandy. Biala itself is quiet and peaceful.

Anton's apartment is exactly as described. Close to several beaches and a wide choice of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The location is right on the sea front and within a quiet complex. Anton's Dad met us for check-in, gave us a comprehensive overview of the town & surrounding area and a welcome drink. The area is also very safe, we had no problem walking around after dark. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Many thanks Anton and Dimitri 🙂

I had been to Eva's for the second time, and it was a wonderful stay again. Eva is totally sweet and responsive to messages, and she tries to make everything possible. It was spotless. I'd love to come a third time.

The apartment is very spacious with a great view of the sea, clean, quiet and we felt right at home. We had everything we needed to cook our breakfast and evening dinner. The host was responsive and helped us with everything we requested. The beach is just five minutes away, and not so busy, so you can enjoy some privacy. It was a great experience overall and I heartily recommend this house.

Clean, comfortable and new apartment, fully equipped for a family vacation. Not far from the beach (approx. 7 minutes walking distance). Clean shared pool in the garden available, perfect for kids. Mariana responds immediately and was very kind and helpful. We fully recommend this accommodation for stay in Byala.

This modern apartment is in a secure building a 5-10 minute walk from a sandy beach on the Black Sea. The large pool area is beautiful and a great place for both adults and kids. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The large windows have curtains for blocking the morning sun, and the balcony is perfect for morning coffee or for drying laundry. Yes! There’s a washing machine! We were there in mid October and so the beaches were empty, however, we still took advantage of the beautiful beach weather. We used this spot as a jumping-off point for exploring the sights and rich archeological history found along the coast from Varna south toward the Turkish border. Natalija, the hostess, was helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

Joanna's apartment is defintely the most well equipped airnnb we have ever stayed in, which makes it ideal especially if your are travelling with children. The Etara complex is very nice with beautiful gardens and tradițional bulgarian architecture. One of the pools was just în front of the apartment but we prefered going to the beach which is also very close ( a few minutes walking diatance) and beautiful. The communication was great and Joanna was very helpful with everything. Overall, we had a great stay and the accomodation was perfect for us.

Everything was great. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in the complex as a whole. Lena is a super host, settled us in and told us all the necessary information for a comfortable stay. The apartment is beautifully renovated and well equipped. Definitely recommend!!!

The room was in the first body next to the gate at the entrance to the 2nd floor, overlooking exactly the entrance to the hotel, everything ok functional, Bernadetta always answered me back to any question I had, everything ok and beautiful in the end! Too bad the weather didn't keep with us halfway through sept, but overall everything ok! Access to the beach f close, you can get out to the beach directly from the big pool overlooking the sea! First, we want to thank Svitlan and Elena for their hospitality, a wonderful place, a view of the black sea, two terraces, two levels, a spacious bedroom, equipped with everything you need, including a welcome package in the fridge❤️, a quiet place in the off-season, all within reach of slippers, shops, the sea, beach, restaurants, a stop, for two people, enough space for everything, the apartment itself is lightly worn but clean and well-maintained for people who spend time on the beach and tours We highly recommend
