As everyone else mentioned, the place looked the way it was advertised and pictured. It was very quiet all around and I felt very safe. Contrary to what other reviews say, there is actually bus just a 1-2 min walk from the house. It's an express route so it only works certain hours but I took it often. It snowed the first week I arrived but Luis was quick to shovel and the path was clear for me to walk on. The neighbors were nice too, they helped me take off the ice in my car. I also loved the location. I found that I was mostly 10 minutes away from places I wanted to go - to a church, mall, grocery, etc. There was also your own dryer washer which was a great help! It was a good stay!

Stayed at David’s place only for 2 nights. Got a little confused with which was the back side of the building as the gps took us to the buildings adjacent to this one but we figured it out. We got there at night. There was Parking available, room was as described, everything was nice and tidy, warm room, private entrance, private room and bathroom. Safe neighborhood and easy to access metro to DC.

Great hosts lie, as does her spouse. Very responsive and helpful. Excellent familiarity with the area.The location is peaceful and immaculate. It is a well-established neighborhood . I will most certainly return.
