This house was perfect for our weekend stay to visit friends! A few blocks to the heart of Phoenixville, which was amazingly vibrant! Lots of restaurants and shops right nearby. The house was roomy, clean and comfortable.

I cannot say enough beautiful things about this place and the hosts. Logan and Lou were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The property itself is serene and peaceful. It was the perfect getaway. We explored the beautiful perkiomen trails- with great bikes provided by Lou and Logan. The fitness centre was amazing, not to mention the spectacular views. The Mill itself is absolutely gorgeous! The air bnb was perfect, so cozy and clean. You have everything you could possibly need and want. We had a beautiful fire one night and enjoyed the stars in the sky. One of the best parts of this property is the constant sound of the river, I highly recommend leaving the windows open and enjoying the constant flow of the river. It was spectacular!! We will definitely be back, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Truly one of the best Air bnb’s I’ve stayed at, and Lou and Logan go above and beyond to ensure our stay was magical! Ann was a great host. She answered questions fast and was very friendly. The place was just as described and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The running water from the stream could be heard from inside and it was very peaceful. There is only 1 parking spot fyi so be sure to take just one car. The only thing I would change is to have another small lamp in the downstairs (I hate overhead lights). Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
