Flowers, Fruit, Snacks, Coffee await you. Enjoy peaceful gardens of butterflies, fruit trees & friendly chickens. This is our only Airbnb. Stress free is our goal. Hike forest trails with access from the property, a private, sustainable off the grid getaway. The Ranch has two spring fed ponds and a creek running through it. Interact with a wide variety of farm animals and experience abundant wildlife. Guests get a jeep to use to explore the majestic hills and the scenic 200-acre grounds.

Private 1 bdrm with Qn bed. Separate entrance, Kitchenette (no stove) patio with table & umbrella. Futon that can sleep 2 kids or 1 adults snuggly, (Please Let Me Know if you want the futon made into a bed it needs extra padding to sleep on) TV & internet. Hiking, Biking, 10 minutes to the beach and downtown Ventura. Pets are welcome. Please note that this space shares a wall with the main house.
