Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Nyborg

We had a wonderful time at Turid’s cabin. Truly incredible space, comfortable and cozy. Lots of things to do inside and outside the house. We rented one of the boats and had a beautiful couple of days out on the fjord. Turid and Audun also gifted us some very fresh eggs from their farm, were available at all times and helped us with recommendations and any questions we had. We loved it. We will return. A very magical place. 10/10

There are so many wonderful things to say about this very special place. The house is magical! It is far more beautiful and charming in real life. There were so many different places to go, to be together, or to be separate, to chat, or to read or work. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable. And the art selection is fantastic. It was warm and sunny, and when it rained, we could hear the rain on the roof. The place was very quiet and the location is perfect to do all the things anyone would want to do in Bergen. And an outstanding kitchen! Sharp knives are rare in these places and we loved the ones here. Ingvild was a lovely and generous hostess. We look forward to returning, and to spend much more time here.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed this beautiful place. Even though its part of a bigger (beautiful!) house because it is across 2 floors the apartment feels spacious. It's very beautifully decorated and feels cosy and warm. The views across the fjord are incredible and seem to change every time you look out of the window. Aleksander and Johanne were responsive, friendly and helpful. The Thai restaurant opposite is fantastic too. The only thing we missed was a comfy chair or sofa - and slippers for our little girl to wear on the wooden floor whilst she was rushing around at speed (bit slippy/splintery in a couple of places). I'm sure this wouldn't affect adults or older kids though! She LOVED the bath and bathroom! The outdoor deck area is lovely, despite a lot of rain during our stay we made use of it. There's a rowing boat you can borrow and sauna to hire too - we didn't as our daughter a bit young but would be great fun! A great place to stay in a beautiful part of Norway!

Lasse and his family were extremely welcoming. The property was spacious, airy and extremely clean and exceeded expectations. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathrooms and enjoyed stunning views and use of the jetty. Just wish we were better kayakers!

Had a great stay in the apartment. Location is as good as it gets. We walked to everything. The apartment is spacious and felt very clean. All the conveniences you can ask for is in the place. We didn't lack for anything. I would gladly return.

We really enjoyed the stay at Hilmar's apartment and the beautiful village of Rosendal. Hilmar gave us a very warm welcome and shared useful information about the surroundings. Highly recommended!

This location is in the middle of great restaurants and bars but far enough out to be quiet and good nights sleep. Host is very descriptive in her directions and super responsive. Felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again if back in Bergen.

We have stayed in Bergrid's house for two days and enjoyed it very much. It is in a quite area, looking out over one of the inlets of the Hardangerfjord. There is a nice waterfall close by. With good weather you have good places to enjoy outside. Stores and restaurants are a bit further away, so get some supplies when you're on the way. The house itself has everything you need and there is sufficient privacy. You do hear some walking going on the higher floor, but not on an annoying level. We do recommend to stay here!

This place is not just an ordinary Airbnb ,it truly feels like a real home. 😊 Beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need. You feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Sofie is such a kind and caring host, always quick to respond to any questions and genuinely helpful. The area is peaceful and lovely, with friendly and welcoming neighbors. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave today ! It was hard to say goodbye to such a beautiful place. We had a very nice stay at Hilde's house. The location right on the fjord is very nice. The house was absolutely big enough for us with 10 people. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The boat, which can be rented in addition, is simple but in very good condition and has a 20 hp motor. As an angler, I can say: The fjord is an absolutely excellent body of water for mackerel and saithe. Hilde also gave us great tips for excursions. Thank you!

Loved how quiet the location is and the hiking trail behind the house was wonderful!! The family felt right at home. Communication with the host was easy and reliable, and the accommodations were fantastic. You can easily get an Uber or taxi into town, and the wait was always less than 10 minutes. We can’t speak highly enough about the house, room, views, and the host. We look forward to coming back someday. 🤩

Wonderful location in the heart of Bergen - perfect for waking to just about anything. Kristin was helpful and responsive and we had a wonderful stay!

The location is excellent: the house is away from the tourist routes, yet the center and station are only a 15-minute walk away. The house is perfect for traveling with a large family or two families with children. It features lower and upper floors with bedrooms and bathrooms. Between these floors, there is a common area with a very well-equipped kitchen and a living room. It is spacious, cozy, and comfortable, accommodating both a large group at the table and someone alone on the sofa under a blanket. The terrace, complete with a grill and a water view, deserves special mention. We were fortunate with the weather and spent many wonderful hours there, admiring the view and watching our happy children jump on the trampoline. Additionally, the hosts provided detailed house rules, including valuable advice about places to go such as supermarkets, restaurants, and more.
