Anupama is a great host and the place is really good...and she was kind to talk her place with a 20ltr bisleri water and essesials like fruits and biscuits, hand wash etc. Generally a nice place for a small family also

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. The host was very approachable and active. Thank you Basu for helping us create Happy Holiday memories.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

I travelled with my wife and kid and this place never felt away from home . It was so well maintained, everything was available within the premises , the amenities were as described , the staff was attentive and cooperative. Overall it's a 6 star instead of 5 from me

I had an amazing stay at Sharmila’s Airbnb in Arpora, Goa. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by her exceptional hospitality and the beautifully maintained property. The house is spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The lush surroundings and serene atmosphere added to the charm. The daily housekeeping service, supervised by a friendly and professional team, was outstanding. They kept the place spotless, always respectful of my schedule and attentive to any requests. Sharmila went above and beyond as a host. She was always available to answer questions and provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. Her personal touches and thoughtful gestures made me feel truly at home. The location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby beaches, markets, and restaurants while remaining peaceful and private. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve experienced, and I can’t recommend Sharmila’s place highly

We were lucky to find such a beautiful property in Goa. The place was very neat and clean. Also, the host is so helpful and supportive. He did things out of the box which was a surprise to us. We really enjoyed the stay, it felt like home. Highly recommended if you are visiting Goa.

I recently stayed at Rustic Villa Dar Al Salaam and had a truly wonderful experience. The villa itself was charming, spacious, and had a beautiful design. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the essentials were provided, making our stay very comfortable. The main highlights were the hosts- Mr. Satish and Ms. Susheela, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The location was also ideal, with basic amenities like shops and restaurants just a short walk away. For the price we paid, it felt like an absolute steal, worth much more than what we were charged. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay.

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

the Banyan Villa 1 is exactly as described in the description n photos. The Villa is immaculate n pristine. My family had a wonderful time here with the clean pool n spotless room's n kitchen. thanks to Raj the caretaker who was responsive n frendly n always at our service when needed.. The host, Abhishek, was incredibly helpful,check-in was smooth, and his local recommendations really helped me make the most of my trip. This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

Our stay at Mia CASA by horizon stays was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the property. Nestled in a secluded location, the villa provided an intimate and private escape, yet was still conveniently close to Anjuna and vagator beach.The villa itself is a true gem-spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every luxury you could possibly need. The attention to detail in the villa is impressive. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals when we didn't want to leave. The bedrooms were comfortable and serene, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring complete privacy. The beds were heavenly, and the linens were soft and of the highest quality.The outdoor space was equally incredible, with a private pool. Special thanks to Sagar raj(Host)who helped us organize an evening-it was an unforgettable highlight of our trip. This villa worth the money❤️

It was a get away home experience at Nalin's place. A warm welcome from the care taker Mansingh and support from him through the stay was exceptional. Also special mention is the breakfast from the lady staff who take care of the property, it was awesome. For sure this is our place for any visit to Goa in future. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully functional kitchen and a cozy living space. It’s located in a quiet, serene area—perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind, yet just a short ride away from Varca Beach and local eateries. What really made the experience special was the host, Ally. He was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout my stay—from smooth check-in instructions to thoughtful local recommendations. Ally truly goes the extra mile to make sure his guests feel at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful, homely place to stay in South Goa with a great host, I highly recommend this spot!

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.

It was an amazing stay. We stayed for 7 days, and the stay was really comfortable. There are few shops nearby so you can get basic stuff you want from there. Also, no problem ordering food and stuff through online apps. It felt as if we were at home. The host herself is great. She responses to your msgs on time and always helpful if you need anything. Great stay. I would definately book it again if i visit goa again. Thank you so much for a great week stay.

A cute little 1 BHK with everything you need. Brownie points for all the decoration. Located near colva beach and one could take a bike/ car to go to the nearby beaches easily.
