Old meets new! 55 m² with charm

First mentioned in 1754, the house was always full of people who lived and worked in it. Nestled in the rolling hills of the Alpine foothills, the Neuhauser stands in the middle of a tranquil community that can be the starting point for many beautiful excursions and hikes. Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, only 5 minutes' walk to downtown in an absolutely quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, Wi-Fi, PlayStation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even on hot summer days.
