Very nice apartment, quiet, comfortable and good location (including proximity to Stintino by car, La Pelosa on foot, good Valentina restaurant 5 minutes' walk, view from the terrace)! Lucia thought of everything for our well-being, even her homemade jam! Friendly welcome by Lucia to give us the keys and during our stay, concerned to know if everything was going well.

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

Jonathan has turned the house into a beautiful place where you like to stay. The interplay between origin and modernity is excellent and absolutely corresponds to our taste. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. On cooler days, the fireplace in the kitchen also provides cozy warmth, the view from the roof terrace to the sea is fantastic. The place Cuglieri is very original with narrow streets and warm, friendly and helpful people. Jonathan is a very nice attentive host who was responsive at all times.

But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Maurizio‘s house in Costa Paradiso. Mariacarla was very friendly and made all our wishes possible. She recommended good restaurants and other places to go. The house is in a calm area with a magnificent view and a private pool area. We enjoyed it very much.

If you are looking for a peaceful spot in Sardinia, this is the absolute best. The house is brand new and in the middle of the vineyard. Beds are very comfortable. The bathroom are perfect. And the kitchen is fully furnished. Stefano made some great restaurant recommendations. We especially enjoyed Lollovers.
