The condo is more beautiful than in the pictures. Wendolin was so amazing and proactive helping us set up transportation for day adventures and immediately helped remedy slow internet. Mina was beyond words. Her food was so fresh and delicious. The grounds are beautiful. The beach is amazing. The waves could be rough but our son loved it with a boogie board. You can rent ocean equipment on the beach. There’s a little store on the premise for things in a pinch. There’s not a lot around the area so setting up some sort of transportation is helpful. We chose to do a tour of the Marietta’s and a couple hours checking out sayulita. Mostly we just couldn’t wait to get back to the condo. It was perfect! It's a very nice place. The apartment is fantastic with its spaciousness and pretty. Jose and his family will make you feel at home. The people at reception are very friendly. Even the neighbors are nice. You'll have a private, large, and comfortable space. There's nothing more to ask for; you won't be disappointed. You'll have a wonderful experience. My only suggestion would be to have a toaster oven as there is no oven. Somethings are just not meant to be reheated in a microwave.

This was our second time staying at Mayra's place. This unit is very clean and has a wonderful view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again!

We just had the best vacation at Enrique’s condo. We had a big group and there was so much space for everyone to spread out and have privacy. The pools and beach areas were gorgeous and we practically had it to ourselves every day. We did day trips to La Cruz, Punta Mita, and Sayulita which were all very close. We highly recommend having Juanita shop and cook for you! She’s absolutely wonderful and we felt spoiled by her. Everything she made was delicious! If you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation, this is the place. We would love to come back!

wonderful condo unit this was perfect for 2 people but could sleep more, with lots of amenities. the pool area and restaurant were amazing . the prices were very reasonable and the staff were very friendly and always there for your needs... we would most definitely stay again!!

The place is a bit old but it feels well maintained and very clean. The amenities and service are almost like a hotel, although it does not have the hotel's cleaning and linen change service. The common areas are excellent, the pool is around 1500m2 and there is a garden for children to run. Good beach access too. Your kitchen is well equipped. Overall, it's a recommended place to take the family on vacation. Thank you.

The place is very good, it has many restaurants where you can eat very rich food, a shopping center nearby with everything you need, a very good private beach to get into the sea and quite spacious temperate pools. The room is most comfortable and functional. The host is very attentive to your arrival and detailed to provide instructions.

We had a wonderful week in Gerardo's 2bdrm 8th floor villa at Villa La Estancia Riviera Nayarit! The villa is beautiful, immaculate, well appointed and has a large patio with a gorgeous view. The service all over the resort is attentive and friendly. The resort is gorgeous. It has great restaurants, but you can also walk to Bucerias on the beach to a variety of restaurants. The beach is nice. The resort has an all-inclusive option which includes the restaurants and activities at the sister resort next door, Villa Del Palmar. There is a nice paved path for walking from the resort to town. Our son utilized the gym. We ate by the pool. We got ice cream in the resort shop. There are a couple of small stores on the resorts where you can get groceries and just about anything you need. We used Uber to get around, as well as taxis. We felt very safe on and off the resort. We enjoyed several excursions. We hope to return again some day! Thank you for your responsive communication, Gerardo!

From Check-in and instructions Paul was right there to welcome us and give us the necessary info. Any problems or questions, he was also quick to respond. Very helpful. Supermarket was close and within walking distance as was the local bus. Great restaurants within walking distance. Pool was perfect with amazing views. Very large condo, well equipped and a relaxing place.

This is the second time I've stayed and I would do it again!! The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need and a few steps from the pool and the beach, also very private, the manager is always attentive and kind.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, we absolutely love the location, we chill out here and love hanging on the balcony watching the action the marina creates both coming and going. We also like the fact you don’t need to turn the A/C on , we leave the patio doors open as it’s shady in the afternoon and just relax. The pool is a perfect place to hang out in the hot parts of the day, it’s easy to cool down if needed. We can’t wait to get back here !

The studio is comfortable and was very clean. The area is quiet and Oscar was in touch with us. The kitchen comes with everything you need and we didn't have any complications with the arrival, the instructions were clear and the buildings have an amazing view, we would definitely stay here again.

Maria she's such a wonderful woman and she's one of the greatest people I've ever met and she's wonderful and very kind and her husband was very kind and there house is such a comfy and clean and easy to access. it's has a great kitchen and big living room and nice bedroom comfy bed. The house is 4 kilometers closer to Down and there's stores nearby and restaurants closeby. access to city bus, I recommend Maria house to anyone coming to visit Puerto Vallarta should rent from Maria and You will be pleased with her kindness and how good the place is for the price.
