Great resort- everything on site! Don’t need to leave unless you would like to!

This is a beautiful resort. All inclusive is an option, but not necessary. We enjoyed walking into Bucerías for coffee, shopping, and dinners. The resort has fun activities planned and water sports available at no additional cost (kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards). The beach is at the end of the Nuevo Vallarta strip, so we found it a little more quiet.

Cameron is really helpful and always looking for ways to help guests. Can definitely recommend dealing with him.

Sophie’s time share at Paradise Village was what I expected. Wonderful amenities restaurants and beautiful location. It has a marina where you take excursions from which is very convenient meaning you don’t have to go to other locations. It’s just steps away. The place is great for families with kids. The room we had had fantastic views as we were on the top floor and in the center. We were there in late December so my only complaint was that the ocean waters was a bit cold for me but still noticed people swimming. I must say the beach was beautiful and expansive. You get free kayaks, boogie boards to enjoy the ocean. Fun times and highly recommended

Great stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is not walking distance to town because it is up a hill so calling a car is necessary but the view from the top is beautiful and the hotel itself is very nice. Would stay here again.

Very responsive and informative host! Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta is gorgeous, and we would definitely stay there again. Resort has testing facilities onsite so a quick and seamless process overall.

We had a fantastic time at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta. This is a time share resort - the only way to book a room if you're not a member is through owners (like Elizabeth). The resort is HUGE. They have their own app it's so big. Everyone was very courteous and almost everyone who worked at the resort spoke English. They do attempt to get you in a timeshare meeting. There are ways out of it, but we chose to attend (took 2.5 hours) because the deals they were giving on golf saved us a ton of money. Elizabeth was quick to respond to my questions, which I had a quite a few of because we'd never stayed at Vidanta before. The resort partners with a third party for Covid testing as well, so we didn't have to go far to get a test to get back into the US. Overall it was a wonderful trip.

Loved Garza Blanca - will be back

The place is amazing, luxurious, clean, spacious. The hospitality and amenities of Grand Luxxe were perfect and Shana was always nice and helpful.

Beautiful resort with kind and attentive staff. Grounds were peaceful and relaxing. The beach was wonderful and had activities such as whale watching and parasailing right off the beach which saved us time dealing with tourists kiosks. We originally wanted a different location with more action but we’re so glad to have this place after visiting the original location for a day. Came back and breathed a sigh of relief that we weren’t in the crowded chaos of the other location. Joseph was very attentive and checked in on us several times during our stay. We appreciated him very much.

If you want to live your best life take advantage of this amazing opportunity!!! First of all, Lea is great. She was very communicative with us about our options for booking our stay at the Garza Blanca including a BOGO offer to get an additional room free or an extra week free. The week we were hoping to vacation also happened to be our friend's birthday so we booked two rooms for a week. The entire process was very smooth. The Garza Blanca is absolutely gorgeous. Service is top notch. The views are stunning. It is luxury in every sense. There are two pools: an infinity pool at the main building overlooking the beach, which you can walk to from the pool; and a panoramic pool farther up the slope where the resort is located with a view of the ocean. Every room has a balcony with a hammock. Concierge is very attentive. They helped us arrange to have a birthday cake brought from a local bakery for our friend's birthday. The resort is 20 minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta, which is good for getting relaxation away from the business of the city. Staff were incredibly friendly. The food was delicious. The resort has many day tours to take advantage of including to a private beach south of the resort and many activities such as snorkeling and parasailing. I can't wait to go back!!!!
