Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Nuevo Vallarta

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

our family had a great time staying here for 2 weeks! jillian was super attentive to messages + was very helpful if we needed anything. a quick drive from the beach which we went to almost every day with our kids. we felt very safe in the neighborhood and having the little store down the road was so helpful when we didn’t want to adventure to a big box store for items. overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again soon!

Everything was excellent, the house is just like the pictures, the beds are very good, the cleanliness of the place is very good. We will definitely return with Angela, who is highly recommended. You will spend time in an incredible place very close to the beach

Had a lovely stay! Perfect location for a large group/family. Private and safe. Marlene, Tony and their property manager, Jorge, were very responsive and proactive about any questions or issues. The house is beautiful and well-equipped (with a very clean and well-maintained grill!). A small, private beach is a short walk down the hill (with a nice amount of shade!) - there are beach chairs, an umbrella, small cooler, etc. at the house for you to use, which was thoughtful and helpful. The walk might be difficult for some, but my children (ages 2 and 5) were able to walk down without issue (the 2-year-old did need to be carried back up). Overall, really enjoyed our stay!

It is a privileged house for its good location, tranquility of the area, this without mentioning the beautiful garden they have for my pets to feel at home. Communication was always great, resolving questions at the moment. Definitely a place to come back to soon.

Perfect place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. I would definitely book again and recommend it to others. Please keep in mind it is centrally located so it is quite noisy but it was fine for us. Mery was very attentive and always so helpful.

It was the second time we chose to stay there. Beautiful view and really nice manager. The bed could be more comfortable, but doe able for a couple nights.

We immediately felt at home, the apartment is so bright and spacious, and the furnishings, etc. were comfortable and the decor was tasteful. You can tell thought went into it! The kitchen was actually the best I’ve experienced on AirBnb: proper appliances, utensils and dishes so you could actually cook a real meal! We grocery shopped locally the first day, stocking the fridge to cook breakfast and make dinner salads in the evenings while trying out new places each day for lunch and coffees as we explored Puerto Vallarta. PV is very walkable and interesting from the apartment… there are hills, but the rewards of exploring up and off the flat main roads is totally worth it! We felt safe everywhere, and people were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Only note is that Eunice may be slower to respond than some hosts, but she was always helpful when we needed her, including allowing us to store our bags before we left on our last day. Much appreciated!

We enjoyed our stay here. We were there for 1 month and had a great time. We book a place on the fact that it has a pool and this pool was wonderful. It was cleaned every morning and had sun the whole day. Bonus. The hosts Sara and Eduardo were great. They made our stay delightful. They answered any question quickly. We never had any problems with the place at all during our month. The wifi always worked and even when we had to work online all day, it worked without any problems. The staff at the security and the staff on site were very friendly, wonderful people. Then apartment was stocked with whatever you needed. Lots of towels and the bedding was so comfortable. The beds are the best we have ever had while visiting Mexico, we have come for 8 years now and the beds are always so uncomfortable but not this place. They were great. It made the stay even better. Highly recommend this tranquil condo.

Enrique’s home was amazing. The beach is truly steps away, the complex is incredibly safe and well cared for. The home had all the amenities of home. Nacho and Guerillamina were welcoming and kind. My family would absolutely recommend and hope to return to Enrique’s.

The area is quiet, there was a taxi stand nearby, we also used Uber; Plaza Galerias and Walmart are very close, we walked there. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. Alex was always attentive to our questions. Recommended!!

We had an amazing stay at Ulises' apartment! It was spotless, just like the photos, with a beautiful view and excellent facilities. The internet was fast, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook. The bed was massive and super comfortable, and the AC kept the place nice and cool. All the pools were clean, and the smaller one was wonderfully warm. Ulises was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful. We already can’t wait to come back!

I had a great stay. Excellent location! Close to plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. Very safe even at night. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was great, the management team was very quick to respond to any of our requests. The first floor unit was actually very nice to have which allowed my grandson to play outside on the grass. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean and they provide you with laundry soap in the unit if you choose to use the washer. This place gave us a sense that we were at a resort which was extremely nice. The restaurant on the property caters to you at the pool side. The pools were well kept and the views were amazing! Overall I highly recommend this place.

We were a bit hesitant to book an Airbnb for this trip, but the incredible reviews convinced us to go for it and we’re so glad we did. The condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The condo was clean, spacious, peaceful, and in an amazing location. We loved relaxing at the large, quiet pool onsite (often with no one else around) and also spent most of our time enjoying the Vidanta amenities, including the Grand Mayan pools, restaurants, and walking paths. Getting into Vidanta was quick and easy every time. What truly made the trip amazing was the host, Lupita. She was like a personal tour guide: friendly, responsive, and full of great suggestions for places to eat and explore. She always responded within minutes and made everything feel seamless. The staff at the building were also incredibly welcoming and helpful. This stay exceeded all our expectations, and we will 100% book this place again on our next trip. Huge thanks to Lupita for making everything so perfect!

Great place. If you like going to the bars or being close to the fun area, this is the place. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi are EXCELLENT! There’s a bar and they come serve you at the pool. 10/10

We were checked in by Yasman, she did an excellent job showing us the unit and going over details of the condo. The front desk people were also very kind.

Excellent condominium, everything was very clean and tidy, we were in constant communication on our arrival. As well as the publication is the condominium. I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay — our first vacation as a family with our 5-month-old baby, and everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious, very bright, and by far the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking and baking, and all furnishings and products are high-quality and thoughtfully chosen — it’s clear Ozkan created this space with love. The two pool areas are better than in many hotels, with loungers and shaded spots ideal for relaxing with a baby. The building staff kept everything spotless throughout the day. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Zona Romántica, with restaurants, bars, and shops just outside. And Ozkan is an outstanding host: warm, helpful, and always checking in to make sure we were happy. He even picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Truly one of the best stays we've ever had — thank you, Ozkan!

This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and what a beautiful place to stay my wife felt in love with everything and my family and I felt at home everyone in harbor 171 was very friendly and nice the kitchen was very well equipped and everything was very clean
