The best location in Barra, the apartment matches the photos and descriptions, the building is easy to get around, it is a quiet place and the environment is always clean with the daily cleaning that is done in the apartment. Mr. Mario is very attentive and available! I'll be back!

The apartment is very well located, quiet, and with a beautiful view of the sea. Comfortable queen bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom with a great shower. We were greeted with some treats and the refrigerator was stocked with water. Communication with Erica was great. Check in and check out direct at reception. The Zonal Sul supermarket (24 hours), located on the ground floor of the condominium, is a perfect support for longer stays. We loved the stay!

Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

The stay at Shirlei's place was simply perfect! The location in Ipanema is unbeatable: one of the most beautiful and safest areas in Rio. The beach is a stone's throw away, as are nice and excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and even Uber bikes to rent on the same street. The apartment is well cared for in every detail, clean, comfortable and cozy. In addition, the presence of a 24-hour reception adds an extra layer of security and convenience. A special thank you to Shirlei, a truly fantastic host: always available, kind and ready to give very useful advice to make the most of the city. Highly recommended!

A flawless host and a magnificent condominium and apartment. The balcony offers an ocean view, and falling asleep to the sound of waves is the best. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property features a heated pool, cleaned weekly. There are cameras and staff everywhere, making it very calm and safe. The host was very attentive and friendly. Right across the street is a beach with few people, where you can enjoy the ocean. My stay was wonderful, too bad it was short. The location is perfect. The view is amazing and the apartment is super cozy and spacious. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super friendly, with clear information and good communication between employees. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need such as: market, bakery, gym… I really liked it and didn't even want to leave kkk I will definitely be back. We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and, for sure, we will stay here again. We recommend it!

The apartment is perfect for resting. Full kitchen, with a washing machine and an impeccable view! Easy access to the beach and indoor pool. Pedro is very friendly and made himself available all the time. I highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay at Paulo's place! The space was spotless, cozy, and even better than described in the listing. Check-in was smooth and communication was prompt and helpful throughout. I can’t even put into words how amazing Alessandra’s place was. We were so sad to leave because we fell in love with the location, views and everything that was amazing about this stay. The neighborhood power went out briefly for some construction and Alessandra was very communicative and proactive in helping us know when the power was back on. We felt incredibly safe and at home. The amazing attention to detail and the little things like some full candy jars, amazing tea were very appreciated. The place was very clean from the bathroom, to the bedroom and kitchen. Did I mention the views! It truly was a slice of heaven. We will be back again! I would highly recommend this place. It was my best Airbnb experience. Thank you Alessandra!!!

Priscila was the perfect host and deserves more than five stars for being very responsive, friendly and thoughtful. The promptness and quality of her communications puts the five star hotels we have stayed in during this trip to shame. The location is peaceful and very secure and there is a private, first-line view of the beach and sea beyond from the balcony. It’s easy to get around the area, or to and from Rio, using a well known online ride service - but if you have hired a car, the parking is on-site and covered. A little far to walk to most places if like me you are past your prime but that makes it more peaceful and secure while you are here. A great way to finish our travels, very highly recommended.

Tereza’s place is truly exceptional. She’s a wonderful host and she genuinely takes care of you. The place itself is meticulously taken care of, she thought of every possible detail to make your stay as seamless and easy as possible. The apartment is modern, with a beautiful view, ample space for storage and everything is functional. Simple details like having a vanity with good lighting, drinks and snacks upon arrival and a GOOD shower. The option for daily cleaning was a wonderful surprise, the bed was comfortable, extra linens and towels were nice; overall, the space was just right for my partner and I. Not to mention the building with awesome amenities; we enjoyed all of them, the pool, both saunas, jacuzzi, gym, & convenience store. I almost never write reviews (lol) but I do when it’s worth my time. Tereza’s place is worth it and she figured out how to make her guests feel right at home. Thank you Tereza!

This place is right in the middle of Ipanema and Copacabana excellent location. Host provided recommendations to eat as well as things to do. He was very responsive and helpful during the trip. Highly recommend to stay here.
