We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and, for sure, we will stay here again. We recommend it!

It was an excellent stay, the house met expectations. Well-located house, well-equipped, with several amenities such as bathtub, barbecue, cooktop, the most diverse utensils, bikes, Alexa, television with several channels and streaming subscription. Excellent quality bed linen, towels and dishes. The condominium is very quiet, has a swimming pool and sauna. The property owner is extremely accessible and kind. He allowed me to have visitors for a barbecue on my birthday, was very flexible with check-in and check-out, and was still kind because he left me a birthday cake. The stay was wonderful and we'll be back for sure!

The location of the apartment is very good and the location itself too! Large rooms with large windows, just like the room is very pleasant! We went with our kitty and it went well!

The stay was great! The place is very cozy, well located and very safe region. Another important point is the great willingness and kindness of the host! We went on Easter with the family. Everything went well. Rogério (homemade) welcomed us very well and was always ready to help us. The place is close to the center of itaipava, which has many attractions.

We would recommend Celia’s apartment to anyone! We are a group of girls and felt extremely safe. The building had 24hour security and Celia and her daughter Nena were so friendly and helped with any queries we had. It’s a great apartment, in a perfect location and has everything you could possibly need. We’ll be sure to stay here if we come back to Rio :)

The loft is a delight, amidst the green, inside a condominium and super close to the center of Araras, where you can find markets with quality products and good restaurants. The only points of improvement would be the curtains that do not prevent the passage of clarity and a slightly larger barbecue with a water point ( sink) near the pool. However, this becomes small, when we consider the beauty of the place and the attention of the owners ! We would return with ctza !

I have no words to describe the amazing weekend we spent at Lucila's house. The place is simply wonderful: spacious, spotlessly clean, fragrant, fully equipped and a real immersion in culture. Beautiful place, with lots of fruit trees and a cozy outdoor area. Lucila, the host, is a charming, super-intelligent, friendly person and always willing to help. It was an unforgettable experience. I recommend it without a doubt and hope to return soon!

The house is really great and very true to the description here on Airbnb. Extremely comfortable, with spacious rooms, very pleasant leisure area, very good location and all the necessary infrastructure for the stay. Internet throughout the house, kitchen utensils, towels, pillows and bed linens available. The house is excellent, spacious, well equipped. We use the barbecue, pizza oven, pool, slide and sauna. Everything worked perfectly (the Spoletto-style pizza night - each one assembles their own - was a success!). Note: there is no firewood available, you need to bring it. All rooms have a bathroom and air conditioning, which brings a lot of comfort to all guests. In addition to the bathrooms in the bedrooms, there is a social toilet and an external bathroom. Many pots, platters, utensils in general. Very complete house. Junior, the caretaker, was super attentive. The house is one block from the beach, an excellent location. There is a bakery and pharmacy nearby, within walking distance. Wifi worked well. The house comfortably accommodates 15 people, so we were able to bring together my family and my husband's family. It was 3 days of great fun! We love the accommodation and will certainly be back! The only thing we missed, but that did not compromise the accommodation, was a full-length mirror.

we had a very comfortable stay at the penthouse! the home is roomy and has many amenities suitable for a large party, including fans and air conditioning. I especially enjoyed the roof and balcony for their views and hammocks. the apartment is also very conveniently located and is close to markets, restaurants, and the beach. the hosts were extremely communicative and helped answer questions right away. info for future guests: the internet is quite spotty, so the home is probably not appropriate for large work groups. though there are two bathrooms, you have to enter one of the bedrooms to use one of them, and the bathrooms are acoustically connected via a vent. as you can imagine, this limits privacy. also be aware that you will need to haul out all trash, including the contents of your used toilet paper trash can. overall, this is a beautiful home that is a good deal for a group of travelers 😊
