Locatie en verblijf was goed, met name het terras was uitmuntend. Bij binnenkomst hing in het appartement enigzins oude muffe lucht. Verder maakte het wel een schone indruk.

Bel appartement avec une superbe vue sur les dunes et la mer. Le logement était très propre et bien agencé.

The house was lovely, Marco was there when I arrived to show me around and I ended up having a drink in the local bar/restaurant with him and a couple of his friends which was really lovely. All very easy and accessible.

Tutto perfetto, Marco super reattivo e disponibilissimo! l'appartamento corrispondeva esattamente alle foto, praticamente a 2 passi dalla spiaggia del Poetto e accanto a tutti i servizi! Ho soggiornato per lavoro, ma ci tornerei sicuramente anche per le vacanze! Lo consiglio!!

Auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne für diese Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist schön, modern und sauber. Gianmarco und seine ganze Familie waren extrem nett, freundlich und jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, wunderschöne Ausblicke in die Sardinische Natur und Landschaft. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Dann kann man sehr schön und ruhig wohnen, ist aber sehr schnell in der nächsten Stadt. Dies war unsere beste Unterkunft während all unserer Sardinien Aufenthalte 😊

Ruhig und traumhaft in der Nähe zum Strand gelegenes Haus. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr schneller und freundlicher Kontakt. Fantastisch, um eine gute Zeit im Süden Sardiniens zu verbringen.

Bello! L'appartamento ci è piaciuto molto; caldo e accogliente e con tante raffinatezze di un tempo. Gradevolissimi la galleria chiusa, ricca di verde; il giardino esterno e la parte rustica con pozzo, brolo, gallina e gatti. Abbiamo apprezzato gli infiniti oggetti che ci hanno raccontato la storia della dimora facendoci fantasticare su chi ci ha vissuto. Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Gradevole anche il cesto con le proposte di lettura, sia con informazioni di carattere "turistico", sia di letteratura. Il paese è piccolo ma vicino a casa c'è tutto ed è molto comodo sia per raggiungere Cagliari che le molte località di interesse che si trovano nei dintorni: San sperate con il giardino/museo di Pinuccio Sciola, Dolianova, Barumini, Siddi con la tomba dei giganti e il nuraghe a corridoio. Senza tralasciare le spiagge. Se tornassimo nei paraggi sicuramente vorremmo approfittare nuovamente di questa ospitalità

Casa molto carina, super pulita ed attrezzata, splendida area terrazzo per relax e cena all'aperto. Host molto gentile e disponibile, consigliatissimo!

Apartament Maurizio I spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Mieszkanie ma bardzo ładny wystrój, że zwłaszcza szereg obrazów na ścianach. Jest dobry dla pary jak i małej rodziny. Właściciel wystawił poczęstunek co było miłym gestem. Zawsze odpowiada na wiadomości, jest pomocny. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko atrakcji i restauracji i marketu. Mały minus to uszkodzone szuflady w sypialni i czasami kanalizacja odbija i wydziela nieprzyjemny zapach. Dobrym pomysłem byłoby zakupienie czajnika do gotowania wody. Mimo to pobyt był świetny. Cieszymy się że mogliśmy tam spędzić czas.

Michael è un ottimo Host, gentile e molto disponibile. Posizione ottima e riservata. Casa spaziosa e confortevole, fornita di tutto l’essenziale. Super terrazzo esterno e perfetto per un po’ di relax. Host e casa super consigliate!

Ein wirklicher Traum von einem Grundstück, das man quasi zu jeder Jahreszeit einmal besuchen möchte. Wir hatten frischen Orangensaft und diverse Beeren und Früchte aus dem eigenen Garten, wundervolle Ruhe, tolle Aussicht und eine zuckersüße (gut erzogene) Katze. Die Zufahrt ist beim ersten Mal etwas spannend, aber Ubaldo hat uns an der Tankstelle abgeholt und hingeführt. Die Wohnung hatte alles und mehr an Ausstattung und Ubaldo hat uns wirklich liebevoll und vertrauensvoll Willkommen geheißen! Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann nochmal wieder!

A tengerhez közel kerestünk szállást, a repülőtèrről taxival közelítettük meg. Nagyon jól felszerelt, tágas, tiszta, kènyelmesen elfèrtünk hatan. Közelben Coop üzlet, 12 percre a buszmegálló. Cagliariba a PF sárga busszal mentünk, kb. 50 perc az út. Martina édesapja fogadott, elmagyarázott mindent. A hűtőben ásványvizek, az asztalon narancs ès citrom bősègkosara volt. Ami 1 kicsit hiányzott, hatunknak kevès volt a wifi.

Der Aufenthalt bei Simone ist leicht mit einem Wort zu beschreiben. Wow. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Sekunde an zu Hause und man merkt sofort, dass es Simones ernstes Anliegen ist, dass seine Gäste eine gute Zeit haben und sich wohl fühlen. Freundlich, zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar und super hilfsbereit hat Simone uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, Ausflüge empfohlen und uns zu einem italienischen Pasta-Abend in der Gartenküche eingeladen, der uns für immer in Erinnerung bleibt. Das Anwesen ist herrlich natürlich und authentisch, wir haben die Zeit im Garten sehr genossen. Überall wächst Obst und Gemüse, von dem man sich bedienen kann. Das Haus war bestens ausgestattet, sogar Sandspielsachen für die Kinder, Schirme und Stühle für den Strand gab es - Simone denkt an alles. Wir bedanken uns für die fantastische Zeit und freuen uns auf einen Pizzaabend, wenn wir wiederkommen. ;)

Our stay was wonderful! From check in to check out we were so pleased. Clean, incredible location (close to the train, bus stops, beautiful views of the city, marina etc. , and wonderful amenities! Gian Franco and his daughter greeted us and his lovely daughter exchanged numbers with us in case we needed any help in English. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. They were warm and hospitable. We cant recommend it enough! Thank you Gian Franco and Eli!

vielen Dank. es war alles super. Ich habe mit meinem ersten Freunden einen Kurztrip gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben im Oktober eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Es hatte sogar Moskitonetze an den Fenstern, so dass man bei Nacht die Fenster offen lassen konnte. Die Terrasse hatte Morgensonne und wenn man Glück hatte, konnte man Papageien in den Bäumen beobachten. Die Supermärkte sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch das Zentrum von Villasimius ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bei Problemen war Allessandro sofort zur Stelle. Wir sind in der Nacht mit dem Auto angekommen und haben mit den Anweisungen die Wohnung sehr leicht gefunden. Es war alles super, Danke Allessandro

Grazioso appartamento non rende abbastanza quello che è in realtà, in casa abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui potevamo aver bisogno, posizione ottima sia per la vicinanza alle spiagge che al centro. Claudia gentilissima ci ha consigliato sia per il noleggio che per le spiaggie migliori, consigliatissimo

Efisio was very kind and helpful. Great space! We have a family of 6- everyone had a bed and 3 bathrooms was extremely nice. Each bedroom has a bathroom connected. The outdoor living area has nice views, spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

This was the second time we had the pleasure to stay at Igino and Agnese's place and we absolutely loved it - again! Igino and Agnese are the best hosts one can imagine and we felt indeed at home at their place. We highly recommend this place and we hope that we can return once again in the future.

Wir haben kurzfristig eine Übernachtung in Cagliari gebraucht und sind auf Piermario gekommen. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Würde es sechs Sterne geben, hätte er die verdient.

l'alloggio di Veronica si distingue per la quantità e la qualità della dotazione in generale, cucina, biancheria, c'è davvero tutto quello che serve. la lavastoviglie è un plus, molto gradito. il patio è perfetto per chi ama vivere all'aperto, le tendine sottili per la privacy sono perfette. il tendone che copre il cortiletto tiene fuori un po di calore. la posizione in altura rende difficile andare al mare a piedi se non si ha una buona gamba ma porta spesso una gradevole brezza, impagabile. la vista sulla laguna è splendida, il parcheggio, praticamente davanti a casa, spesso all'ombra di un pino. che dire poi della zona, strepitosa per le spiagge bianche e una vegetazione ricca e selvaggia. spero davvero di poter tornare!
