Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Giorgio’s place was very nice and comfortable for our family stay. The jacuzzi didn’t work w bubbles but isn’t a jacuzzi really (ie doesn’t get hot - maybe that is just an American thing). But we didn’t tell Giorgio this so he wasn’t aware. Feel we were busy w other items anyways. Beaches are close by 10 min drive. Love eurospin grocery store. Cooked in every night and played games w family. Giorgio’s place was big and very comfortable for us! Maybe consider screens if that is a thing in Italy for windows. Couldn’t have windows open due to bugs and got hot in place. Couldn’t figure out main floor split unit. Didn’t tell Giorgio this either

Danke für die wunderschöne, gepflegte Unterkunft mit guter Aufteilung. Wir (8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche im Haupthaus ist gut für mehrere Personen ausgestattet. Im Nebengebäude ist auch ein Bad und eine kleine Küche vorhanden. Für die Kinder sind Spielsachen/Kiste vorhanden. Bei Sauberkeit habe ich einen Stern abgezogen, da die Terrasse bei unserer Ankunft ziemlich dreckig war. Innen makellos. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Unsere Fragen haben wir immer sofort beantwortet bekommen. Es wurde am nächsten ein Techniker vorbeigeschickt, da bei der Außenbeleuchtung was nicht funktionierte. Den Ort selber finden wir eher heruntergekommen und verlassen. Es ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und Fischladen vorhanden. Diese haben aber sehr spezielle Öffnungszeiten. Das Restaurant nebenan ist so lala. An den beiden fußläufigen Stränden (ca. 10 Minuten) waren die Strandbars noch geschlossen. Liegt vielleicht daran, dass wir vor Saisonbeginn da waren.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

L'appartamento è molto ampio e bello, eravamo in quattro e ognuno ha proprio avere la sua stanza. I bagni sono due, entrambi dotati di doccia. L'appartamento è in zona abbastanza centrale e vicino c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente la macchina. È dotato di tutto (asciugamani, phon, persino ombrellone da spiaggia). Rita è molto disponibile e ci ha anche dato molte informazioni utili per visitare Cagliari. Consigliatissimo

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

Me & 3 friends had an amazing stay. The villa is spacious and nice. The beds are super comfy and the ceiling fan helped me sleep. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to cook on the hob/oven or BBQ. The sea is a stones throw away. Vittorio was very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this villa to my friends a s family!

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, Simon a été très attentif à notre bien être,. Son jardin est remarquable, on sent qu'il l'entretien avec beaucoup de passion. L'environnement nous apporte le dépaysement recherché, les plages sont remarquables et proches. Nous n'avons manqué de rien au niveau équipements très fournis. Nous lui avons fait une demande particulière, et Simon a répondu positivement, ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangé, un grand merci. Nous recommandons vivement. Annie et Georges.

Paolo war ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er hat uns super herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer.

Wiir haben die Zeit in Marcos Haus sehr genossen. Alles entsprach den Bildern und Informationen in der Anzeige. Die Hinweise von Marco waren sehr hilfreich für uns. Das Marco uns dann noch zum Flughafen gefahren hat, war einfach sensationell. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

- mit Walter hat man einen sehr freundlichen, immer nachfragenden, aber nie aufdringlichen Gastgeber, der einfach nur will, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen - die Unterkunft ist sehr gut, geräumig, große Küche mit Essplatz und Sofa für den Fernsehabend, 2 Schlafzimmer mit ausgesprochen guten Betten/Matratzen, 2 Bäder (beide mit Fenster), 2 Terrassen, die Klimaanlagen haben wir im April nicht gebraucht - während unseres Aufenthaltes war es in Solanas sehr ruhig, der schöne, große Strand nur von wenigen Menschen besucht, keine 100m von Walters Wohnung gibt es eine empfehlenswerte Pizzeria, mit dem (Miet)-Auto ist man in 20 Minuten in Villasimius oder in 50 Minuten in Cagliari - alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert für Urlaubstage im Süden Sardiniens

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

We had a really enjoyable stay - the accommodation is in a great location just a short distance outside of central Iglesias. The accommodation is very well kitted out for a self catering stay, very comfortable + quiet. Gianmarco + family were very helpful throughout our stay + very accommodating with our arrival, queries, etc. Would certainly love to visit this area again + highly recommend staying here.

Anna is the most fabulous host and her apartment is just perfect! Anna was so responsive and helped with directions and parking when we arrived. She very kindly booked a fantastic restaurant for us and gave us advice about the city. She welcome us with drinks and delicious cakes which made us feel so at home. The apartment is very comfortable with all that you need and the roof terrace has amazing views of the city and the sea. I would wholeheartedly recommend Anna as a fantastic host and her apartment as a perfect base in Cagliari.

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und einem Baby 1 Woche in der Villa Layla verbracht. Federico war ein toller Host, antwortete schnell, hat auch auf weitere Anfragen und eine besondere Situation toll geholfen und schnell reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür ! Sein Mitarbeiter Elia war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach sogar Deutsch. Vielen Dank auch an dieser Stelle ! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben - toller Pool, ausreichend Badezimmer für alle Schlafzimmer und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - einziges Makel waren fehlende Topflappen und vielleicht 1-2 Geschirrtücher mehr. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig gelegen - man braucht in jedem Fall ein Auto, zum Einkaufen etc. Viele schöne Strände in der Nähe :)

Wir hatten eine grossartige Zeit in der Unterkunft von Aldo. Das Haus ist toll und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Pool vor der Haustür ist ein echter Eyecatcher. Uns hat es sehr gefallen! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft :-)

Casa fantastica. Posizione perfetta . privacy assoluta. Esperienza ultra positiva: la casa e’ a meno di 4 minuti di auto dallo spot kitesurf di Si Gideu. Ritornerò’ sicuramente: casa tenuta benissimo,pulitissima, perfettamente accessoriata di tutto cio’ che necessita una permanenza. Grazie mille all’host per le info chiarissime su come raggiungere l’abitazione.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren drei (kleinen) Kindern in Claires Haus verbracht. Für uns als Familie war das Haus mit dem kleinen Pool absolut perfekt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und sogar Olivenöl und Geschirrspültabs, sowie Seife und Geschirrtücher waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Handtücher sowie Badetücher und Strandtücher werden gestellt und man muss diese nicht unnötig von zu Hause mitschleppen. Der Pool hat den Kindern super gefallen und auch die Strände, die in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen (ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto gut erreichbar) waren absolut empfehlenswert. Francesco, der sich um alle Belange während unseres Aufenthaltes gekümmert hat, ist ein unglaublich sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er war bei allen Problemen direkt zur Stelle und hat uns noch mit zusätzlichen Tipps versorgt, was wir mit den Kindern alles unternehmen könnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely house and experience. Especially appreciated the hosts' recommendations, flexibility and responsiveness. The week was spent poolside, at local restaurants and the very near beaches. Quiet community and great for families.
