Monthly Rentals in Northeast Portland

Had a great stay there. The place is in a good location with multiple cafés/restaurants in walking distance. There is good access to public transport. The area is safe. And the best part is that host stays in the same location and pretty accessible. Could reach to them for even the smallest issues. In all, couldn't have found a better place in Portland.

★ Cleanliness: The property was very clean, minimal, with exquisite decor and it was clear that the host takes cleanliness seriously. ★ Communication: Kara was fantastic at communicating. She responded promptly to my questions and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Her friendly demeanor made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. ★ Location: The location was in a quaint little neighborhood with close enough convenience. No more than 10 minutes to a bus stop, there is street parking. I particularly enjoyed early mornings in the fog! ★ Amenities: The amenities were excellent. I especially appreciated Kara leaving out a basket of fresh fruits. There is a really well-designed binder full of useful information. ★ Overall Satisfaction: Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this Airbnb. I would definitely recommend this place to others for its wholesome accommodation and cost-effective pricing, and I will absolutely be booking again in the future!

I've stayed at Mike's place 7 or 8 times now. It's one of my favorite Airbnbs of all time. Basically, I won't come to Portland unless I can stay here--it's that good. It's beautiful, bright, comfortable, has everything you need and is in a great neighborhood. Mike is a great host!

Yasmeen’s basement studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Yasmeen is a great, friendly host! The neighborhood is quaint, peaceful, and beautiful. If you’re visiting Portland, Yasmeen’s place is a great option if you’re looking for a change of pace from Portland’s busier downtown scene. I highly recommend staying here!
