Hilltop view offered a charming and serene escape, with the nearest services not too far away. The cottage, while cozy, was perfectly designed for our needs. It was clean and comfortable, making it an ideal base for our stay. There were numerous walking and cycling trails right from the doorstep. We would absolutely love to return!

Margaret is a lovely host. Very flexible in terms of check-in due to traffic. We took our young baby and Margaret was very flexible with things like wi-fi. The annex is a home from home, you will have everything you need. Beautiful location. Very rural and quiet. We arrived at Margaret’s home to stay whilst we attended a family members wedding at Danby Castle Barn. Perfect location for this, country pubs within a five minute drive for food etc. Co-op five minutes away for milk etc. thanks for a lovely stay and being a pleasure 😀

Perfect location for exploring the Moors.

Storey Corner is a very special place. It feels like living in a castle, but with good heating and all the amenities. The house is spacious and very cosy. We loved sitting in front of the log fire in the evenings. It's in a quiet rural location, but still easy to get to. A good pub and tea rooms are a short drive away in nearby Rosedale Abbey. And the views into the valley are fantastic, come rain and shine. The house is very well equipped and was spotlessly clean. Sally is very friendly, supplied us with great information about the area and was helpful, if we needed something. There's also a small leaflet in the house with explanations, tips on what to do and about the history of the house, which we found really interesting. Thank you, Sally, for a wonderful time.
