Monthly Rentals in North Virginia Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Catherine’s place. We were in town for a wedding and the house was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed for a weekend trip. We would definitely recommend this place

This single dwelling home was large enough to keep us from tripping over each other…. Had the family come to visit : 6 of us using one shower would have been hard to manage. The proximity to the edge of the beach was what I was looking for. The space was well decorated/ each room was temperature controlled by its own window air conditioner. The kitchen was spacious enough for us to work in together with adequate equipment. Beach towels / sand toys were available. Games to entertain children were easy to find.

Was offered early check in and late check out in which was awesome but we left really early in morning to get home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is as described and pictured. We appreciated the amenities and cleanliness around the apartment. The bed is very comfortable and the towels were plushy and cozy. The kitchen has all the appliance you will need. You can’t beat the beach access in this place, I loved that it was north or the tourist area which made it more quiet and peaceful. We would definitely book again.
