Julie was excellent and very helpful. She was very accommodating and was very responsive when we asked for her help We used it to celebrate my 70th and a great house for the family and was a good base for Holt and surrounding area. Good house for family gatherings

A lovely, well equipped clean accomodation. Ian very efficient when needing to change a light bulb, responsive and prompt. Stayed 4 nights, visiting friends, short walk to the beach. Definately would stay again, great location, supportive host, superb accomodation. Only restriction is no access to back of building. Overall a recommended stay and thoughtfully detailed accomodation with extra touches such as shower gel shampoo, cleaning products and refreshments.

We had a great family stay - 4 adults and 2 teens. Plenty of room for us all and the host was really responsive. Lovely welcome gift too and the hot tub was lovely to relax in. Very close to beach and Lidl is only a short walk away. Just be aware the lane to access the parking is pretty tight so take it carefully coming in and out. Thank you for a lovely stay

Lovely stay! The place is so spacious and bigger than it looks, with a great secure garden for the dog! it's only a minute walk from a gorgeous beach and in between 2 pubs. Lovely for a relaxing beach getaway. Thank you for the lovely special touches too! Hope to book again soon!

We have just returned from a wonderful few days at the property. Personal check in and excellent guided tour by both James and Mary was really helpful and meant we could relax immediately - helped by the lovely welcome basket, basics in the fridge and cupboards and personalised cake and card for our birthday celebration. Being a group of 14 (including 3 dogs and children aged 1-16!) there was plenty of space for everyone, games both inside and out to keep all entertained, a wonderful garden for cooking and playing AND access to the playing field direct from the garden. We couldn’t have asked for more and have already recommended the property to friends and family.

We love this place. It is well decorated and clean. Location is excellent which is near the town centre so that you can explore the city after parking your car here and avoid paying too much parking fee. The host was so helpful and responsive who gave immediately response in most of the time..

What can I say , a brilliant experience from start to finish! Lyndsay was a great host , super responsive and helpful throughout , with lots of helpful information regarding the property and surrounding area. The place itself was fantastically decorated and lovely and light , and there was more than enough room for us all (6 Adults and 4 Children). The Kitchen Dining area is a brilliant space to spend time together. The Garden is huge and an ideal outdoor space for games , a bbq or drinks in the Sun , and the garage having a Pingpong table and additional games too was a nice touch. Heating controls were very easy to use and once set , the place soon warms up quickly. It was very easy to find and there is plenty of parking space and the local pub is just a short walk through the churchyard. We chose to have lunch there and it was dead nice and reasonably priced. Overall , Lyndsay was fantastic and so was the Accommodation, the only negative was having to leave! 😁

What a lovely stay! What made it even more special were the lovely touches made my our hosts Simon and Roz! With a lovely cake and bottle of Prosecco on arrival- we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay! Location was perfect, walking distance to the local supermarket and the pier. The 3 days went by in minutes! Would definitely visit again and recommend to all ☺️

Brilliant apartment on a quiet street only a few moments walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre and sea front. Immaculately clean and beautifully modern, had everything we needed as a family of 4 with young children.

Lovely apartment in Southwold, even better than the photos! Peaceful, clean, cosy and exactly what we needed. Very easy to find and park - we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and recommend to our friends & family!

Ideal location for exploring Sheringham shops and seafront. Literally a minutes walk away. This ground floor apartmentwas ideal for my elderly mother as there were only a couple of indoor steps to negotiate. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Off street parking a major plus. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco very welcoming! Thank you Angie, will definitely be coming back ☺️

A perfect location, right in the centre of Cambridge. Check in way incredibly straightforward and Jack was on hand to help if we needed. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at Bianca's place! The apartment is very spacious, spotless clean and it has all that you need. We travelled with a 1 year old and we felt right at home. Highly recommended.

Great location and comfortable space!

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Liz’s place and appreciated the flat and its location very much. Liz provided coffee, tea, milk and biscuits which was very nice. The flat is very clean, the kitchen and bath are roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent and we walked everywhere in downtown Cambridge from there. Also, the street is quiet despite its central location. Definitely recommend!

great host, lovely apartment, very clean and homely. 5 min from beach, pubs, amusements and shops. overall a great place to stay. Will definitely recommend and hopefully stay again if we go to Sheringham again. Thanks Paul

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The highchair and travel cot was very useful as we were staying with our toddler. The location was great, very close to the town & parking was an added bonus.

We enjoyed 3 nights at the tutor apartment. This property has beautiful old windows and high ceilings. The apartment is much more spacious than expected from the pictures and nicely presented. It has a lovely breakfast table near the windows in the kitchen and a court yard off the bedroom with seating. We had everything we needed, the washer was helpful and the large bath, with a boy covered in sand. The beach was about 10 to 15 minutes away depending on which route you took. We enjoyed lovely meals and drinks near the apartment. There is a park across the road with sea views and a lovely cafe. The beds were comfy and the seating in the lounge area. You could hear the birds singing with the door open. We travelled on the train to explore other areas. The apartment has everything you need and the hosts were just right and helpful were needed. Lovely stay even though the weather wasn't the best. The flat is in a good location and Andrew sent us clear instructions of where to park and how to gain entry. The flat had everything we needed, really loved that it had 2 bathrooms both equipped with a plentiful supply of towels. Will definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Helen’s place near Oulton Broad for 3 nights with the kids and the dog. Lovely little attention to detail with dog treats and dog bowls left out, also some treats for the humans. Thanks!

This was our second visit, and once again, it did not disappoint. The place is very clean, with great views that make it even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—close to everything you might need while still feeling peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back again!
