Vacation rentals with breakfast in North Hobart

This is our new favorite Airbnb. It deserves a 10 out of five rating. It was delightful to get to know Christiane and Walter a little bit. Their immigration and living off the land story is inspiring. They both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. They’ve turned what used to be home for extended family into a pristine, delightful, and very private guest lodging. It has a very comfortable bed, good shower, washing machine, and kitchen with a generous assortment of quality equipment. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise views over the distant water. We only wish we could’ve stayed more than two nights.

A warm welcome to a wonderful, well provisioned accommodation. Comfortable bed, great seats on front porch to watch sunset, most anything one would desire for a stay longer than our 3 days. Very comfortable for our couple hours of work before enjoying Hobart. Thank you for the great hospitality ! We hope to return.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful, homely , cosy,tastefully decorated ,clean house with thoughtful input by Steph and Matt .... with food provided which was unexpected however much appreciated.

Stunning views, tranquil surrounds, lots of space, fully stocked pantry and kitchen. Loved the wildlife. Stephen is a great host and communicated promptly. Easy access to Huon Valley, Bruny Island and Hobart surrounds. Would gladly stay again!

Peaceful spot within walking distance to the charming township of Richmond. Extremely clean and tidy. Fully equipped home with everything we needed. Would love to stay again. Perfect for our large group.

Ben and Tess were absolutely perfect to deal with. Extremely responsive and accomodating. The house was amazing and would highly recommend anyone staying here. Nothing but 5 stars with everything during our stay and extremely comfortable for our 7 guests. The house is very spacious, has everything you need plus more and is extremely clean. Staying at 'Little Bali' was an absolutely fantastic experience - and I use the word experience deliberately. It wasn't just somewhere neat, clean, peaceful and relaxing to sleep for a night, its unique themed styling was unlike anywhere I'd stayed before and totally lived up to its online photos - and more! I had a wonderful time just exploring the house for at least the first hour, as my husband patiently pandered to my constant calls of "come and look at this!" whilst I kept discovering more and more things in different rooms and the various outdoor areas - I had a ball! We only stayed for one night, but I could have happily spent far longer there, as we didn't have enough time to take advantage of half the amenities or local activities. The house contained everything you could possibly need to be fully self contained for a long stay, and is equally suited for a quiet couples get away or a family trip. The hosts have definitely made 'Little Bali' a unique, enjoyable destination.

Our stay at the Fun House was truly memorable. I'd previously read all the reviews which were all positive . But I have to say the house exceeded my expectations. I'd already recommended it to people before I had actually seen it, now I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who will listen. It was located in a quiet street, close to everything, beds were comfortable, and the bath… OMG that was awesome, I am quite tall and don’t fit in many baths, but I fitted in this and enjoyed it twice whilst we were staying there. My only complaint was that my husband sometimes won at the pinballs, I did not foresee that happening, but I suppose that will happen. When we arrived, we got caught in an absolute downpour and we were literally soaked through, Tony very nicely allowed us to come early so we could get out of our wet clothes, which was very much appreciated, we were very wet and cold by this stage. Thanks so much again Tony.

This was the ideal place to stay in Hobart for a single or a couple. Secure parking, within walking distance to CBD and shops. The complimentary food and drinks were amazing and much appreciated. Definitely one of the best airbnb's I have stayed in.

Macy's place was very clean and homely. Great that a fresh loaf of bread with condiments and a bottle of wine welcomed us. Location has a coffee shop and pub within 3 minutes walk. There is a bus stop within a 2 minute walk. It is about a kilometre away from the Cascade Brewery and a half hour walk downhill into the CBD. The only downside is that the driveway is steep due to the hills of Hobart. Would stay there again.

Lovely apartment, very cute decorations everywhere - open, yet cozy. The kitchen was fully prepared with spices, oils, butter, various teas, everything that we could need.

Great little secluded hideaway in West Hobart. Well appointed studio with everything you need for a short stay. Easy to walk to town, close to everything and most importantly dog friendly.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb places before, but this is the first time I can truly say that everything was perfect. The host was particularly attentive and helpful, which made the day stand up from previous ones. The property was exactly as described and a beautiful peaceful place to stay. Thank you for the thoughtful touches and the lovely accommodation!

Vicki and Gary have a great place that we highly recommend. Very conveniently located , we could easily reach some main areas on foot . The space is well set up and we wanted for nothing … attention to detail and comfort are a huge plus . We had an excellent stay .

I stayed in Carmel's AirBnB for 3 weeks and it was great!! This apartment is really nice and comfortable with a lot of space and everything you need - small kitchen, washing machine, ... From the apartment one has an amazing view over the city and it is quite there. The location of the apartment is also nice as there is a bus station very close and a lot of things (Mount Nelson, Long Beach and the University of Tasmania) are within walking distance. Carmel is a great host - really helpful and nice and she always answers really fast if you have any questions! :-) I would definitely come again if I am again coming to Hobart!

Hilary and Chris have things well Sorted . The attention to detail is evident. A bountiful bowl of produce from the garden including fresh eggs on our arrival to crisp quality bed linens and vases of fresh cut flowers we felt like we were valued from the moment we arrived . The Barn is an incredible piece of old architecture steeped in history, beautifully styled and super cosy . We loved how central it was to visit all of Hobart’s hot spots and surrounds . The neighbourhood is interesting with good options for a morning coffee and a stroll down to the Rivulet. Would certainly love to stay again sometime.

Such a splendid little sanctuary! Close enough to Hobart and the Huon Valley & Channel regions, it made a great base to explore the areas from. The place itself is extremely comfortable. Meticulously clean and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, and being surrounded by greenery is calming. An absolute delight of a place. Barbara and Peter are a lovely, warm couple who made me feel right at home. I got all the peace and privacy I needed before setting off to my next destination. Thank you both again!

Spacious, clean and comfy. Great location, easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The road is steep but not too much of an issue, we easily got our car in the parking spot. Would highly recommend.

Donna is a great host! The accommodation is superb, the views over the Derwent estuary just beautiful. Donna was available to chat to, and yet we had plenty of privacy. Highly recommended.

Mark’s house is very homely and cosy. It is located a stone throw from the beautiful Kunanyi mountain. I thoroughly enjoy my stay there and would recommend it to people who love nature.
