The studio unit was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and conveniently located with free parking. The unit was as described and shown in the photos. There are many restaurants all within a 5 minute walk and access to public transportation was excellent. The management team was responsive and answered all questions promptly. I would stay again.

This location was perfect for a conference I attended. Paul was responsive and communicative which I appreciated!

Our stay was perfect. Lovely walkable tree-lined neighborhood filled with birds. Close walk to neighborhood parks. Kathleen and her husband were warm and welcoming. The unit was perfect for our needs. More towel bars in bathroom would be good. And, a recycle bin in the unit would be helpful. All in all a great stay.

This place was perfect for our 3 night stay! The home is beautiful and has a wonderful view. So many restaurants and stores that are within walking distance which was a plus! Checking in and out and getting into the building were also very easy. We would definitely book this rental again!

A truly great place to stay. For a family of three, the unit was as spacious and clutter-free as it can be. The huge kitchen + dining + living room directly from the entrance was really helpful. We had to deal with a lot of stuff as we were sending off our son to GT, and the unit with its proximity to the campus was truly the best that we could have had.

This was my 2nd time staying here and I will be returning in the future! Great location and Well worth the price!

We had a great stay in Katherine's place. The place is exactly as described and in the pictures. It was very clean and quiet, with fast wifi and very comfortable beds. It is also located in a great neighborhood with many restaurants, and is walkable to many attractions (e.g.,High Museum, Botanical Gardens, Arts District, Piedmont Park- 1 block away) as well as Peachtree Street restaurants and bars. Parking is available at the complex for a reasonable fee. Katherine is extremely responsive and provided us with many recommendations. It's easy to understand why this place gets such good reviews. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time at this location. While there were some negatives - stains on the couch, dog smell, cigarette smoke smell - our host was very communicative and friendly. Great location and had all the basics. Would rent again!

I loved my stay in Dawn’s cozy art studio. It’s in a great location, walkable to Piedmont park and many restaurants. Dawn did not forget any details and left clear instructions for anything that was needed. I felt so comfortable during my stay and it’s one of my best air bnb experiences! I would not hesitate to stay again and can’t wait to go back.

The stay at Mike’s place was wonderful!! It was clean, peaceful, and close to everything we needed! Mike was an excellent host. He responded quickly and was very accommodating. The free slippers and toothbrushes were a nice touch 👌🏼 we will definitely stay again when we r in town. I highly recommend Mike’s place!!

My stay was just what I needed. It was quiet with a beautiful view. Close to everything. The pictures was exactly what you got. The host was very responsive. What sealed the deal was my massage in the apartment. Schedule by the host. Z did amazing job with my massage. I would definitely stay again! Highly recommend for a quiet quaint getaway! I would have to say, without a doubt, that this was the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The unit itself was amazing and as-advertised, but what really set it apart was the immense beauty of the back yard and pool area. Don’t bother buying a ticket to the Atlanta Botanical Garden—essentially an entire botanical garden is included with your stay!! My family came into town for a wedding on a Friday. We had all day Saturday free, and spent a big chunk of it just relaxing i the back yard by the pool. Dina was a great host! Would absolutely stay here again!

Patricia and the place are exceptional. It makes you feel home away from home. My son and I stayed at her place a couple of times, and it has become our favorite place to travel to. This is the best airbnb in Atlanta. Highly recommended
