Beautiful beach house 50 m from the water

This cozy and charming cottage is located only 50 meters from one of Funen's best beaches in Hasmark. Perfect for a couple or a family who wants to enjoy the holiday in cozy surroundings close to the water. We want to let you know that the bedrooms are located in the loft (not full height), which is accessed via a ladder. The house is therefore not suitable for families with small children or those with walking difficulties Relax in the cozy courtyard, or walk down to the most beautiful beach, which is just a stone's throw from the house.

Unique location in the first row to the beach. Child-friendly beach and close to Enebærodde and Hofmansgave - unique nature. Close to campsite with water park, restaurant, shopping, mini golf and ice house. Close to Otterup and Odense for shopping and experiences. Pets are not allowed. Guests are asked to leave the house neat and tidy. Cleaning is mandatory and costs DKK 750. Electricity is settled on arrival and departure and costs DKK 4 per kWh. Settled by bank transfer or cash (euros or kroner)

Hasmark Strand

Kun 10 meter til den børnevenlige strand. Badevandet er rent og overholder samtlige miljøkrav. 180 grader panoramaudsigt over havet fra stue, køkken, terrasse og fra 1. sal. Der er biloplader på campingpladsen 300 m. fra sommerhuset. Der er mel, sukker, kaffe, the, krydderier, køkkenruller, toiletpapir. rengøringsmidler, tabs til opvaskemaskine mv.. Når man opbrugt noget, så køber man noget nyt og lader dette stå ved afrejse. På denne måde behøver man ikke selv medbringe den slags hjemmefra.

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.
