On a daily basis, this special place is used by performing artists (landlord), but when guests are invited into this authentic and unique home, everything is used only by guests, including kitchen and bathroom. There is a creative and nice environment with soul and spirit, spiced with a little luxury. Close to Odense C, and in the middle of a nature conservation area with marked hiking trails.

The home is close to downtown and bike path that takes you right to the city's pulse. You will have a private entrance, private toilet and bathroom, small kitchen with hot plate, electric kettle, sink, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is access to large garden with several eateries, ping pong table and trampoline that you share with the landlord. There are bikes you can borrow. If you need a baby bed, we can handle it. And a mattress for a child is also possible. We have private parking on the property where you can park for free.

There are windows from floor to ceiling, so there will always be a good light. Summer evenings on the covered terrace are a must. The cottage contains exclusive furniture from Svane Køkkenet.

Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

The apartment is located in Bogense town overlooking Manneken Pis, a short distance to shopping, restaurants and the old harbor. Marina, beach and forest are within walking distance. There is a few minutes' drive to H.C. Andersen golf course and Gyldensteen beach. The Ebbevejen to Æbelø is about 8 km away.
