Vacation rentals with a balcony in Nord-Pas-de-Calais

The property was impeccably clean and the host was extremely responsive. Great location, walkable to city center. Had a fantastic stay in Ghent, would highly recommended this listing to others.

Devine view is very aptly named. The view from the balcony doors is stunning & you could sit there all day & happily watch boats ships & the whole world go by. The flat itself is very well presented. Clean, tidy & welcoming. We were left a bottle of wine, a loaf of tiger bread, milk porridge butter & some biscuits which were very welcome. The bed was very comfortable & the main living space is a real home from home with some powerful binoculars to look at distant ships, a nice selection of books & dvds. The tv & WiFi worked very well. Parking is no problem as we were given a permit which let you park in the zone outside. We always managed to park right outside. Folkestone has so many cool places to eat & some very quirky shops which were just our thing. We went to Deal on our second day which is another interesting town with beautiful views. Honestly one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at & lots to see & do in this area. We would definitely stay again & didnt really want to leave!

Fantastic place, repeated already a few times, and when possible repeat again. Nice designed spacious flat at one of the nicest spots of the city, flat is located in a quiet part of the city but at walking distance from the vibrant Chatelain square where you have many nice bars and restaurants. Very easy access with tram to the city centre. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Mia’s. From the moment she personally greeted us and showed us around the space (with THE BEST handmade chocolate treats from her chocolatier downstairs), we could see how much care and attention she puts into making her guests feel welcome. She was proactive with communication, instructions, and amazing recommendations. The space also featured items from local artisans (glassware, blankets, pillows, a tote bag), which was really cool and showed how the local community supports other entrepreneurs and artists. The apartment is also in the heart of Ghent and in a very walkable area, just know you might hear revelers pass by at night after sampling the local brews. I used my ear plugs and was just fine.

The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, the two terraces are an added value and child-friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The apartment is really nice and tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is superbly equipped – there was nothing missing! Using the sofa as an extra sleeping option was fine, even if it wasn't quite as comfortable as a real bed. But it was no problem for a few nights. A small negative point is the noise, but overall it was a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend the apartment

Great host, we were left alone to enjoy the peace, but did have a chance meeting in the driveway. We opted for the Granary Breakfast for 2 days, where a selection of yummy homemade goodies were provided for us to serve ourselves. We loved our stay & would recommend to anyone looking for peace and quiet, whilst being only a short drive from Canterbury

A really very nice apartment that completely corresponded to the description. The apartment is on the fifth floor (accessible by elevator) directly on the sea. The apartment is stylish and with everything you need starts borrowed.

Saskia's apartment was the most beautiful and best-ending apartment in all the area for us. The apartment is very nice and detailed. We immediately felt at home. Everything was within walking distance from the house, especially the beautiful beach. The view from the apartment and balcony was fantastic. Even in case of rain and storm, large living room windows had the best view of surfing, busy shipping and the marina. Saskia was always easy to reach, took excellent care and always responded immediately to requests - a perfect host. Due to health, we have already planned our next stay in Saskia's apartment.
