Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nord de Palma District

We stayed at Fabrizio's Finca for an extended holiday weekend and loved the place! It is a wonderfully historic home and I truly look forward to staying there again into the future! It is a perfect place for a group to 4 - 6 people! Five Stars!!!

We had a great time, the accommodation has everything you need for children, the living environment with animals is really great! (our son loved the turkey!). The hosts are very welcoming and available. Ideal accommodation for exploring the island. We highly recommend it!

Toni's house was amazing, even better than the photos. Cool inside, peaceful the kids loved the jacuzzi, we were surprised and impressed by the gifts (bottle of wine and various fruit platter). The bed was super comfortable and we loved eating out pn the porch every day. The kitchen is well equipped. Thank you so much! We loved every minute of our stay

Tommy and Emma were so lovely and friendly. The outdoor area was stunning with a wonderful fragrance of orange blossom from the trees. The swimming pool although not heated was very inviting and a great tennis court which had just been laid. Lots of different areas to sit and relax either in shade or sun. Easy walk into the square. Lovely restaurant recommended by Emma up the road. We will definitely return.

Marga's house was a small and very nicely decorated oasis of well-being from the first moment. Self check-in and out worked smoothly. Marga is very friendly, open and helpful. We were able to reach out to them with any concerns, their tips were very helpful and made our island life easier and beautified. We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The house was perfect, the heated pool was excellent and the kitchen and house in general was really well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Francisco and Ana were such lovely hosts and really made an effort, we really appreciated the welcome gift, recommendations and responsiveness. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

This house is perfectly situated to enjoy everything this beautiful town has to offer. The rooftop terrace is a huge asset and crystal clear seawater is a very short walk away. The shop (just round the corner) and restaurant (on the corner) are excellent. The host is very amenable, welcoming and flexible. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Manuel’s! The villa is gorgeous, spacious, and is the perfect base for your stay in Mallorca. We really loved the greenery on the terrace and loved having the option of the rooftop terrace for lying in the sun. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, which we loved since it made for a very peaceful time after spending all day exploring the island. There are some great grocery and food options nearby. Manuel is also an amazing host, always responsive and making sure we enjoyed our activities. He was very quick to help us out if we had any questions. We would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Mallorca!

We had a wonderful stay at this very nice house in Colonia with our two children age 9 and 11. The village is calm and endearing. With nice restaurants on the boulevard to enjoy dinners with sunset. The small beach is good for swims. And overall a good base to explore the nice bays on the south east coast as well as up north. Palma is an hour drive and very nice for a visit. The house is spacious and clean. Everything you need is there. The courtyard has nice sun in the morning and afternoon. And a view on the rockformations. And especially when you are coming by plane it is very nice to have some products to use like salt, pepper, oil, herbs, toiletpaper, soaps, to start up. Contact with Marta was easy. So if you are looking for a quieter but lovely small town and a comfortable place then it is 100% recommended.

This was a perfect base for a family vacation on Mallorca. Antonia was a lovely host and very responsive. The house has everything you could need, including bikes and beach toys to borrow.

We thought the stay was excellent, we really enjoyed the facilities provided by this beautiful home. It is ideal for four adults and it is essential to have a vehicle to get around without problems. I emphasize the kindness of the host. We will always be grateful for the treatment received.

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

The place is just great. It is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it's the barbecue or the inflatable mattress to fully enjoy the pool. Its proximity to the highway is convenient: it allows you to quickly reach Palma and other points of interest on the island, while being sufficiently set back to guarantee a peaceful setting. The place is also very quiet and extremely functional, ideal for relaxing. Finally, a big thank you to Tomas and his wife, who were particularly available and helpful throughout the stay.

We spent a long weekend in Alcudia with our extended family. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms David’s villa is very spacious. Central air conditioning in every room, blackout blinds, ample storage and comfortable beds. Very child friendly, even with a bunch of toys and beach/swimming gear. Kitchen had all we needed, including cooker; dishwasher, bit fridge and freezer. And nice location too. Plenty of parking, walking distance to the beach and only a short drive away from various restaurants and supermarkets. David helped with a lot of recommendations too. We’re definitely coming back.

We had a great time in the house. It is ideal for groups or families. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offer more than enough space. We especially liked the garden and the pool. The kitchen equipment is also well suited for groups. There are enough dishes, a dishwasher and basic spices and oils. Only some furniture is a bit outdated and some beds squeak very loudly, but since we spent most of the time outside anyway, it didn't matter. Guida was always quick to reach and very friendly. We will be happy to come back. Thank you ❤️

Very pleasant stay at Encarna's, the house is comfortable, we enjoyed the garden and pool a lot (even at the end of April)!

We had a great stay in port de soller. Maria was really helpful and the accommodation was perfect. Incredible views, easy walk into town and a great vibe relaxing by the pool. Would definitely recommend.
