Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nord de Palma District

We stayed at Fabrizio's Finca for an extended holiday weekend and loved the place! It is a wonderfully historic home and I truly look forward to staying there again into the future! It is a perfect place for a group to 4 - 6 people! Five Stars!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour les enfants, le cadre de vie avec les animaux est vraiment super! (notre fils a adoré le dindon! ). les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles. Logement idéal pour rayonner sur l' île. Nous recommandons vivement!

Sehr schön gelegenes Appartement mit Wirlpool. Die Einfahrt ist wirklich sehr eng 😉. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Geeignet ist das Airbnb gut für Eltern mit Kindern. Man muss durch das große Schlafzimmer gehen um zum Badezimmer zu gelangen. Wie im Ferienhaus: Nach der ersten Rolle muss man sein eigenes Toilettenpapier stellen! Auch für uns gab es einen Ostkorb und Wein ☺️ Pollença mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt. Strand ca. 10 Minuten.

Tommy and Emma were so lovely and friendly. The outdoor area was stunning with a wonderful fragrance of orange blossom from the trees. The swimming pool although not heated was very inviting and a great tennis court which had just been laid. Lots of different areas to sit and relax either in shade or sun. Easy walk into the square. Lovely restaurant recommended by Emma up the road. We will definitely return.

Margas Haus war vom ersten Augenblick eine kleine und sehr schön eingerichtet Wohlfühloase. Der eigenständige Check-in und out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Marga ist sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns mit jedem Anliegen an sie wenden, ihre Tipps waren sehr hilfreich und haben uns das Inselleben erleichtert und verschönert. Yaco, der Hauskater, war sehr zutraulich und hat uns immer begrüßt und uns Gesellschaft geleistet. We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Magnifique maison fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Seul bémol sur les aboiements de chiens des voisins la journée et surtout la nuit mais que faire contre ça... Merci à Catalina et Julien pour leur disponibilité et leur accueil tout était parfait.

The house was perfect, the heated pool was excellent and the kitchen and house in general was really well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Francisco and Ana were such lovely hosts and really made an effort, we really appreciated the welcome gift, recommendations and responsiveness. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

This house is perfectly situated to enjoy everything this beautiful town has to offer. The rooftop terrace is a huge asset and crystal clear seawater is a very short walk away. The shop (just round the corner) and restaurant (on the corner) are excellent. The host is very amenable, welcoming and flexible. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Manuel’s! The villa is gorgeous, spacious, and is the perfect base for your stay in Mallorca. We really loved the greenery on the terrace and loved having the option of the rooftop terrace for lying in the sun. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, which we loved since it made for a very peaceful time after spending all day exploring the island. There are some great grocery and food options nearby. Manuel is also an amazing host, always responsive and making sure we enjoyed our activities. He was very quick to help us out if we had any questions. We would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Mallorca!

Het verblijf bij dit appartement van Miguel was geweldig. Na onze check in werden we gelijk hartelijk verwelkomd door Miguel met handige tips en aanraders voor de regio. Het interieur was heel modern en knus en de binnentuin was supermooi. Een heerlijk ontbijtje naast de citroenbomen en het zwembad maakte onze ochtenden perfect! De keuken bevatte alle voorzieningen die je mogelijk nodig hebt en de badkamers waren ook compleet in benodigdheden. Het enige jammere waar je in Palma op meerdere plekken last van kunt hebben is een stinkende rioollucht. Op een van de badkamers rook je een stank als je de kraan open deed maar die lucht verdween redelijk snel als je de afzuig aan zette. In de nacht heb je geen overlast van lawaai of een onrustige wijk en de omgeving is ook veilig voor jonge meiden. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van dit prachtige appartement en zijn erg tevreden over de goede verzorging door de host Miguel.

We had a wonderful stay at this very nice house in Colonia with our two children age 9 and 11. The village is calm and endearing. With nice restaurants on the boulevard to enjoy dinners with sunset. The small beach is good for swims. And overall a good base to explore the nice bays on the south east coast as well as up north. Palma is an hour drive and very nice for a visit. The house is spacious and clean. Everything you need is there. The courtyard has nice sun in the morning and afternoon. And a view on the rockformations. And especially when you are coming by plane it is very nice to have some products to use like salt, pepper, oil, herbs, toiletpaper, soaps, to start up. Contact with Marta was easy. So if you are looking for a quieter but lovely small town and a comfortable place then it is 100% recommended.

La casa se encuentra en una zona tranquila, a solo unos pasos de la playa, y pocas cuadras de zona comercial. Esta muy bien equipada, es amplia, cómoda, nos sentimos como en casa. Antonia es una gran anfitriona, amable, nos dio indicaciones muy claras, fue muy práctico el ingreso, respondió a nuestras consultas enseguida. Sin duda volveríamos!!

La estadía nos pareció excelente, disfrutamos mucho de las facilidades que nos brindó esta hermosa vivienda. Es ideal para cuatro adultos e imprescindible contar con vehículo para moverse sin problemas. Destaco la amabilidad de la anfitriona. Estaremos siempre agradecidos por el trato recibido.

Heel erg bedankt voor het fantastische verblijf! We voelden ons vanaf het begin heel welkom, ook voor onze kinderen was er een prachtig welkomspakket😍 Alexandra is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen allemaal nuttige en leuke tips voor de omgeving waar we dankbaar gebruik van maakten. Het huis was brandschoon en we kregen halverwege de periode nieuwe handdoeken, wat erg comfortabel was. Al met al een fantastische ervaring. We hopen zeker nog een keer terug te komen🙏🏼🤩🥰

Le logement est tout simplement super. Il est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque pour passer un séjour confortable et agréable. Que ce soit le barbecue ou le matelas gonflable pour profiter pleinement de la piscine. Sa proximité avec l’autovia est pratique : elle permet de rejoindre rapidement Palma et les autres points d’intérêt de l’île, tout en étant suffisamment en retrait pour garantir un cadre paisible. Le lieu est également très calme et extrêmement fonctionnel, idéal pour se détendre. Enfin, un grand merci à Tomas et à sa femme, qui ont été particulièrement disponibles et serviables tout au long du séjour.

We spent a long weekend in Alcudia with our extended family. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms David’s villa is very spacious. Central air conditioning in every room, blackout blinds, ample storage and comfortable beds. Very child friendly, even with a bunch of toys and beach/swimming gear. Kitchen had all we needed, including cooker; dishwasher, bit fridge and freezer. And nice location too. Plenty of parking, walking distance to the beach and only a short drive away from various restaurants and supermarkets. David helped with a lot of recommendations too. We’re definitely coming back.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Es ist ideal für Gruppen oder Familien. 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder bieten mehr als genug Platz. Besonders gut hat uns der Garten und der Pool gefallen. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut für Gruppen geeignet. Ist gibt genug Geschirr, eine Spülmaschine und eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und Ölen. Lediglich einige Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und manche Betten quietschen sehr doll, aber da wir eh die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht haben, war das völlig egal. Guida war immer schnell erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gern nochmal wieder. Vielen Dank ❤️

C’est un petit coin paisible où tout est doux et calme, la lumière est chaude, les oiseaux, les poules, les chats, le chien, tout le monde vous invites à ralentir, à vous détendre, et contempler le calme. Nous avions une jolie chambre très belle, cozy, tout était là pour qu’on ai de quoi se préparer des petits plats (et heureusement, car on avait même pas envie de quitter l’endroit pour manger ailleurs.) Les matériaux sont nobles, d’une simplicité parfaite! La piscine est délicieuse, invitante! Notre hôte était accueillant et bienveillant. Je souhaite à tous le monde de goûter au bonheur qu’offre cet endroit merveilleux!

Die Finca liegt sehr zentral und dennoch schön ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in Palma, wenn man es doch mal ein bisschen „aufregender“ haben möchte. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und einfach wunderschön. Wir haben die Zeit in Mónica‘s Finca auf alle Fälle sehr genossen und können einen Urlaub dort einfach nur empfehlen. Mónica ist eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin und ist immer da, um zu helfen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Très agréable séjour chez Encarna, la maison est confortable, on a beaucoup profité du jardin et de la piscine (même fin avril) !

We had a great stay in port de soller. Maria was really helpful and the accommodation was perfect. Incredible views, easy walk into town and a great vibe relaxing by the pool. Would definitely recommend.
