good, building less well in real life than in the photo, otherwise everything was perfect! the arrival a little difficult because we arrived through the small streets behind, at night on foot and it was not easy to find otherwise very peaceful and quiet I highly recommend

We wanted an affordable place not too far from the beach with its own kitchen. And it was a big plus it has pool in neighborhood. Morgan is very responsive and Pia who looks after it for him is very kind and helpful. While it's a little ways from stores, there is a small shop at the clubhouse where you buy some basic necessities and it's great because Pia also manages the clubhouse . There are some small restaurants not far from the main gates. The neighborhood is very peaceful

Had a great stay at Dereks . Let me check in a little early which was really helpful. Check in was ez . The place is really comfortable. It was super clean . The view from the unit is nice. Sunrise over the ocean. and sun set over the mountains . Pool and fitness good. . There's a 711 and a few small restos with in walking distance. It would be beneficial to have transportation to get into Hua Hin . Over all great stay. Plan on staying again

Stayed at Jiruts apartment for 2 months - November 2024 to January 2025. Absolutely wonderful apartment with all facilities as described. Jurit responded immediately and was very, very helpful. Baan Suan Rim Sai is a well managed condo with great staff, wonderful pools and a great location right on the beach. Really close to Tamarind and Cicada night markets which are only a ten minute walk away. Easy to get to the hustle and bustle of the city centre by Baht Bus (15 baht). Closest convenience store, Tops is around a 5 minute walk away. Really good sized apartment which catered perfectly for the 2 of us (and 2 grandchildren at the weekends). We didn't want to leave but all good things come to an end unfortunately. Thank you Jirut.
