My first time down romney sands with my girlfriend. We both loved the location of shingle bay 11 and it was really peaceful location of the hoilday park. Julie was an execellent host and couldnt fault her. She and scott came out to sort out the tv in the bedroom for us. Im defo going to book shingle bay 11 in the future hoilday. Karl was a fantastic host. Nothing was too much trouble and Karl was contactable if needed. Before we arrived Karl gave us lots of ideas for days out and eating out recommendations which we used. Thank you! The property itself was really clean, it has 3 ensuite bedrooms and was perfect for our group of two families. The garden was a massive hit with the children, there’s no end of things to keep them occupied (inside as well as outside). All the photos are accurate. It’s a beautiful large bungalow and we really made the most of it. Highly recommended!

Beds were very comfy and the house had everything we could need, including high chair, stair gates and playroom which made staying with small children very stressfree! We will definitely return :)

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Sarah’s house on Greatstone Beach. The location is absolutely stunning—right by the sea, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere that made for a truly relaxing getaway. The house itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as a group of friends. From the cosy living spaces to the thoughtful touches throughout, it felt like a real home away from home. Sarah was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for our arrival. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a chilled break by the coast. We’re already talking about coming back!

Victoria’s house was amazing. A group of us stayed for a walking weekend and was the perfect spot to walk to Dungeness and back. The rear access to the dunes and the beach was incredible. Victoria is an amazing host and was helpful and responsive all the way. Would definitely recommend.
