Monthly Rentals in Nickelsville

We had 3 generations staying here together and it was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone and it has games for the kids to play. Be aware that there is no TV. We had the entire bottom floor of the inn and the wrap around deck. Parking for two was right outside. Both bedrooms had bathrooms. The place was very clean with a full size refrigerator. There is a small store across the street, it is a pretty busy street, and a bakery near by. This place was great and we plan to stay there again when we come visit family.

Happy Trails was nicely updated and furnished with all the items we could think of. Beds were comfortable and heat system was excellent. The two bathrooms looked as if they had just been updated and showers had good water pressure. Eddie is a great host. Proactive reaching out to see if we needed anything and full of written information about area attractions. We would be happy to stay here anytime we come to this area of southwest Virginia.

This cabin was used for a writing retreat for myself & a couple of friends. The space was IDEAL! Big kitchen table. So many cute spots to take a comfy seat. The whole cabin was clean, very well-prepared for every possible "shit I forgot to bring XYZ" realization, and it was totally decorated for the holidays, too, which was a lovely addition. Usually, renting a 'cabin' means some kind of cobweb-rustic situation, but this place was so clean. I loved it!! Also, Vickie left us delicious homemade bread and jam and we could not stop eating it or talking about it.

What a beautiful, restored home! We were impressed with all the hard work the hosts did (themselves!) to restore the house, and the creative, beautiful, thoughtful design that was throughout the house. We loved the large kitchen and dining area, and the huge first floor bathroom! We appreciated that there was a main bedroom on the first floor and additional bedrooms on the second floor.
