Private boat ramp for all of your water toys! Boat dock fits 2 boats. Electrical outlets provided for bass boats. Due to negative experiences we will not rent our home to those without reviews. Approximately 6’3” A reminder, please: kitchens are provided for convenience. Follow kitchen cleaning rules 150 sf deck with spectacular views of the lake. Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. IMPORTANT: local bookings, please message reason for your stay. Have had issues with parties, etc.. I reserve right to cancel questionable local bookings.

Take it easy at Dancing Waters located on Pirate's Cove in this unique & tranquil getaway. Enjoy the ever changing views with many species of birds against the backdrop of Mt Konocti. Christmas Special: Enjoy access to the pier including meditating under the Pyramid. We have created this 450 sq. ft. apartment out of the existing house which we currently live in. It has a separate entrance on the street with parking. It has a king bed, 50" TV, desks, electric fireplace, mini kitchen/bar.

Or, you can stay home & cook a meal in its deluxe kitchen. King size beds in both bedrooms. Restaurants, coffee, & shopping within easy walking distance.

Central cooling and heating. An excellent swim dock with a jet ski lift and the ability to moor your boat to the swim dock. Closest boat ramp is in Lucerne, approximately 5 miles away. No smoking, no pets - extra $250 charge will be applied if not observed.
