Faith and the management were very flexible and friendly to me even after changing my reservation last minute due to unavoidable circumstances. They were so understanding. Faith is extremely responsive and have a good follow up. The place is in a secure gated community and very quiet for deep work. I am glad I stayed at this place.

The place is as advertised and more. Those who've been to Kisumu know how hot and uncomfortable the nights can be. Not Raj's place. The place was cool during the day and at night. No mosquitoes to complain about regardless of the close proximity to the lake. Raj was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back on my next trips to Kisumu. A true gem

Getting there was quite tricky as the dirt road leading to the location was in a very bad state after all the recent rains. But super friendly staff member came on a motorbike to meet us and guide the rest of the way. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed, like doing the laundry for example. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a phenomenal time at Jiten's place. The house is very spacious and well equipped. The paradisiacal, huge garden is perfect for children to play in or simply relax in the gazebo. The property is gated and 24h security is provided. So you definitely can feel save and sound during your stay. Supermarkets, shops etc. can be easily reached by foot or car. We're happy we found this property and we will default book it again, if we go to Kisumu again.

Rose was very accessible right from when we she accepted the booking. She immediately got in touch to explain the location and ensure that the place would suit my expectations. Security was great and the kids loved the place.

I stayed here last year and had a great experience, so I didn’t hesitate to request the place again when I found I would be returning. As before, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the service and food were great. Recommended!.

Our stay at the Ligen was outstanding. Upon check-in showed the guard my confirmation of payment and they obliged. it would have helpful if they were expecting us but it was no problem at all. The unit was exactly as pictured. It was kept daily which was an added plus. Elizabeth was very attentive and we even got a chance to meet her. The washer is in a different unit but totally accessible and we were welcomed. This location was perfect for what we needed. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Kakamega. Highly recommend.

We have had an absolutely wonderful stay. Your home is cozy and comfortable. You were very hands on and responsive to our requests. Thank you for resolving the electricity issue it made our stay feel like home away from home. Emily your house manager is also very nice, extremely helpful,open to requests and she cleaned the house meticulously.
