Great for our family spring break trip! 4 adults and 7 kids fit comfortably. Plenty for kids to do and loving are was comfortable for adults to hangout in. Deb was very accommodating for our last minute reservation as well. We hop to be back when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the pool! Also this is the cleanest Airbnb any of us have stayed in. Thank you!

This is our third stay at Poplar place. She has updated one of the living rooms this year, turning it into a game room, which we all enjoyed! We hope to stay here again when we’re in town.

Beautiful home with lots of space to share with family or friends. Updated and super clean this space was very welcoming and fun. We stayed in the winter when it was cold but would love to stay in the summer to enjoy the outdoor spaces as well! Very well stocked and quick and easy checkout instructions! Great Place and Great Host!

We had a great stay! Had plenty of space for our group of 8. Even when multiple showers were going we had plenty of hot water which was great. It’s right near a bunch of stores and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the responsiveness from Cameron and would recommend this to others.

Our stay was wonderful. Rhonda thought of everything for our kids and had plenty of activities and toys at the house ready. The accommodations were perfect. The sunrises and sunsets are so beautiful and we really enjoyed the animals.

We had an amazing stay. super comfortable beds and the living room tv is pretty epic. My whole family loved the piano and cute chalk boards. the back yard is a peaceful oasis 😌

My family stayed here for 3 months and loved it! We have a newborn and a toddler, and it was the perfect house for our family. Everything was nice and clean and well-cared for. Samantha was always very responsive and helpful with any questions or needs. For example, with a newborn we needed a little extra heat in one room to keep him warm (and not make the other rooms too hot). I wrote Samantha and a space heater was delivered within hours. It was amazing! We also had some concerns about having a pool with a 2-year old who can’t swim yet running around. After talking to Samantha about this before we booked, we were reassured when we saw that the pool had a strong cover over it and the back door has a high latch so our daughter couldn’t accidentally access the pool. I would easily and highly recommend this house to any visitors and especially families, although it’s great for adults without kids too. And I can also highly recommend the host if they have other properties.

This house was perfect for what we needed it for and if we come back to Goddard I will definitely try to stay here again.

We had a great stay, loved the location and the quiet neighborhood. The park and river front trails were great for morning walks. the house is very roomy, particularly the living room, dining room and kitchen. We would stay again.

Very nice country home. A great place to stay and have a peaceful weekend. We were having my daughter’s wedding in Partridge and it was close enough to keep our family and friends together.

This was a wonderful place to stay and the house was just as it was listed. Exceptionally clean. Jerry and Winnie were responsive hosts. The first night, the gals in the lower level got very cold but the thermostat was later figured out and the second night was much improved. The large steps getting into the house would be a challenge for older folks or handicapped individuals. Once inside, there are other steps to go either up or down--might be a concern for older folks/folks with disabilities. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay with a large group of people! We had family in town that came over to visit and there was plenty of room for our five grandchildren to play. Great visit!

The house was wonderful and perfect for our needs. Our dogs loved running in the large backyard and may have made a doggy friend. 😊 We shared the house with my brother and his family and we had such an amazing time together! Will stay here again if we get another Airbnb next time we visit my family!

This house was amazing! I walked in and still felt like I was at home! Edit was amazing with communicating and making sure I was okay and had all I needed! If you’re in the area, definitely worth the stay and I cannot wait for my next trip to stay again!

very good deal considering the square footage and the peace and quiet you can get here just the right distance to town but far enough from everything that no one is bothering you with noise 10/10 will stay again and would recommend.

Very nice comfortable place to stay. We were impressed with it's cleanliness. Hosts were great to work with! We even played some air hockey while we were there.

We rented this Airbnb due to the close proximity to the Park City arena for state wrestling. Everything was as described. Cute little house in a nice area. Location was far enough away to avoid crazy traffic yet close enough to go out and about as we chose. Thank you!

What a great place to stay! The hostess was so warm, extremely thoughtful and welcoming. I’ve never seen the like, Gertie was the best host I’ve ever had the pleasure to interact with. This location was so lovely and peaceful, cozy and quiet, yet I could easily reach town for classes, the library, food, etc. She gave local recommendations and had a personal note waiting for me when I arrived after my long drive. This place was absolutely perfect for me. Thank you so much!!!
