Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Newton County

The place was very clean and in a peaceful area. You can sit on the porch and watch the horses and just relax to the sound of nature. Have the fence with remote gate was nice as we had a dog and could let him run in the fenced area as we were out side. Would definitely recommend, it is a nice location to go to eureka or Branson.

Great stay in Jasper. We arrived at probably the perfect time to catch fall colors and enjoyed really great climbing for a few days at Horseshoe Canyon Ranch. There were also many beautiful hiking trails and swimming holes within an hour drive as well as endless mountain biking trails. There was a water main break when we arrived which resulted in limited water usage for a day but the host was proactive in updates from the city and also provided bottles of drinking water. Check-in was easy with a code on the lock and Charlotte was responsive each time we had questions. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with dinnerware and linens and beds were comfy and warm. Location was near restaurants as well as the local swimming hole. Note that this is in a dry county so pick up whatever you may want before heading into town.

Enjoyed the location for easy walking to the restaurants and other features of this very small town. You are always close to everything.

This home is a magical space. A group of ten family and friends stayed here and we loved every moment of it. The check-in was smooth. The home perfectly laid out. We were welcomed with homemade brownies! We cooked, we enjoyed nearby nature, and spent time making memories together. And soothing our aching muscles in the hot tub! Trudy, is an amazing property manager and always a text away. Thankfully we didn’t need her beyond the typical question. Thank you to the amazing owners, Ben and Sharla, for opening your beautiful and blessed home for us!

We had a relaxed time staying at this cozy home. The house is loaded with all the amenities you’ll need. We thoroughly enjoyed playing in the game room, the kids didn’t want to leave the game room. They had so much fun. The hosts have also stocked up on board games and kids can never get enough of it. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean and has everything you’ll need. Kris’ place is very close to many trails. We hiked the lost valley, triple falls, and there are so many scenic view spots to take pictures of the breathtaking views. This place is exactly the way it’s described in the listing. However, while booking, it was mentioned that we get cinnamon rolls for staying for a minimum of three nights at this place, but we did not get it. I even reminded the host, but he did not respond to it. Overall, we had a wonderful time here.

Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely reserve with Maggie again. Great for hiking on the Buffalo River trails.

We had a perfect 3-day weekend at Susan's cabin. It was very easy to find. As for needing a 4WD vehicle, the "off-road" mode and 6.9in ground clearance on my car were ideal to drive on the access road as there were some patches of mud and loose rocks to deal with. We were looking for a place surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while feeling like at home. This checked all the boxes and more! We loved cooking in the kitchen while looking at hills on the horizon and slept very comfortably in the main bedroom. I will remember fondly admiring the starry winter skies while enjoying the hot tub on the porch. Very private, quiet, and cozy. We will be back to further explore the Buffalo River area!

It was very nice place with plenty of activities provided to keep you entertained while you are at the house. The bed was very comfortable and the house was furnished and decorated very nicely. Ashley and Kellie were very helpful with any questionsI had. The location was amazing for the activities we had planned and we will be renting again in the future. We decided on the way out to go look for the Elk in the area and were not disappointed. About 12 miles down the road we found a herd of them. It was amazing. One more thing, they had a lot of info in the house about the surrounding area that was very helpful that is how we knew to look for Elk. Thank you so much for everything it was a great trip

Third time at the Blue Moon Cabin. What a wonderful place. The kids and I spent the weekend exploring the local area for waterfalls. They had a book in the cabin that helped us find some lesser known falls. If you are headed to Newton co, to paddle, fish, climb, hike or explore. This is a fabulous location.

Fantastic stay. Second time staying at Joseph’s a-frame. Love the hot tub and the comfy beds. The area is fantastic, we did a ton of hiking and relaxed in the hot tub in the evenings. All kitchen utensils and the grill were there and in working order. Only snag was that housekeeping was still there until 5:45, check in is at 4… Joseph was very quick to reply about this and help out. It just meant we went to find another trail to hike until the cabin was ready.

Great little get away! Beautiful place that had the best porch for morning coffee! The grounds were beautiful and had a great fire pit! Linda had left wood and some fire starter so that was wonderful! The best surprise was the donkey that would greet us at his pen every time we pulled up! Perfect location for a great homebase to go and explore the buffalo!

The Cozy Cedar Cabin is a little gem on the flank of Reynolds Mountain south of Jasper. The entire property has an incredible view of the valley beneath, almost all of which is wooded. The overlook, which is shared with a second cabin on the property, seems very solidly built, and the view from that point is breathtaking all day. The cabin itself is small, but uses the space well. The kitchen has all the basics covered. WiFi wasn't connecting, but that's not why we were there. There's a record player with a broad range of LPs. The bathroom is clean and functional, and the bed is super-comfortable. Joe's instructions are easy to follow. There are signs at all the important intersections that say "Cabin" and point the way to go. About three miles are on a decent public gravel road; the only portion that requires four-wheel-drive is the final hundred yards up to the cabin. I'm not saying you can't get up there without 4WD, but I can say I was very, very happy to have it.

Highly recommend staying here! We loved the cabin. It was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The secluded location is peaceful and close to a lot of attractions. The host was responsive and made the whole process nice and easy.

Wonderful place! The view is lovely and the hosts are very kind. Beautiful surroundings and remote surroundings with a drive able distance to the city.

Stunning views. Perfect escape from busy life to enjoy nature with the company you bring. Had a wonderful time disconnecting. We brought dirt bikes to hit the trails near by which were just down the road. We will go back for sure!
