Monthly Rentals in New Polzeath

This was a great place to stay as a couple for the weekend. It is actually nicer looking than in the photos and is a small, one room extension built off a house. It’s a quick walk (5mins) to the Polzeath high street and beach. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and residential. As someone else mentioned it’s small so don’t bring a lot of luggage but for us it was perfect!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location, a stones throw away from polzeath beach, walkable to numerous bars and restaurants. The place was clean and well looked after, Dominic was quick to reply to any messages we had. Great find and good value

We had a lovely stay at No 7 over the Easter bank holiday weekend. The caravan was cosy and well equipped with some lovely little welcome gifts. I used to holiday in Polzeath as a child and it was so nice being back. The caravan is a short walk to the beach, the perfect location. We will definitely be back.

Rebecca’s home is exactly like the description and photos. Everything was perfect for us, the location, the lovely outdoor garden, the view and the true king size bed. You could almost feel the joy and history of family holidays over the decades, spent in this quirky holiday home. We felt that it was a privilege to be able to stay here. Thank you so much Becky.
