We have WIFI, 2 Smart TV's among everything else you could need. Katy depot is .08 miles for Katy trail riders. The Bunk House

The Bunk House is an 8 by 12 foot shed with 3-4 bunks. There is a twin sized bed across the back, a bunk sized bed on each side and a plank to pull out to accommodate a fourth person in the middle over the walkway. With this adaptation, you have an 8 by 10 foot bed. We provide foam mattresses, sheets, blankets and pillows. There is an air-conditioner and a heater. Bucket toilet behind the bunkhouse. Fire ring available. No pets. The water is from our deep well - tested, certified and delicious!

Romantic Getaway when you stay under the stars at our mancave retreat. This property is on 122 acres of rolling hills, pecan trees and crop land. We harvest pecans every year. The mancave comes with a full size bedroom with television upstairs, futon, full bath, kitchen/bar/living room area. There are four smart TVs including one one on the patio. You can choose to sit and watch TV from the hot tub or inside. Seasonal pool will be ready by memorial day and thru Labor Day.

A compact bathroom features wood-paneled walls and a slanted ceiling. A white vanity with a sink sits beneath a mirror lit by two overhead lights. A white toilet is positioned next to the vanity, and towels and toiletries are neatly arranged on shelves.

My children and I really enjoyed our one night stay. This space was a perfect fit for us and the property was absolutely gorgeous and clean. Kimberly made sure we had exactly what we needed to be comfortable and was very responsive. We look forward to coming back and enjoying some patio time.

This is one of the best hosts I've worked with. Very responsive and accommodating. The house was lovely and quite clean and fresh with a truly beautiful view. There is carpeting in the bathroom and kitchen, which I think is a choice that can make for some cleaning challenges, but everything looked great to me. I'd love to go back in the colder months to make use of the lovely wood stove.
