Monthly Rentals in New Carrollton

The house was clean and comfortable. Showers have GREAT water pressure! Quite neighborhood. Easy drive to Metro Station Orange Line that goes into DC.

Exactly as pictured. Room was comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom. I think maid came everyday. Full kitchen to use. Washer and dryer were a bit hit or miss on working. Quiet at all times. Would recommend.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Very spacious, quiet and clean. I loved this place. I hope to stay more often. Communication was top tier.

This is the second time I am staying at Florence's place. Both the times communication has been prompt with her. She even offered me lunch few days and really took care of me like a mother. My overall experience with her has been absolutely great. I will again stay at her place in future too if I am around Maryland. Highly recommend her to other guests !
