I'm renting out my country house. It has two floors, a large living area on the ground floor with high ceilings, an entrance hall, a kitchen, a guest toilet, three large bedrooms, and two bathrooms with bath tub and shower on the upper floor. A tenant lives in the same house - completely separate - on the second floor with a separate entrance. Very spacious accommodation surrounded by nature in an absolutely quiet and sunny location! A tourist tax of €2.50 per person per day in addition please.

Our farm is located in the Bucklige Welt at the foot of the Wechsel directly at the so-called Molzkreuzung. This vacation home, which was built by our ancestors around 1880, has been completely renovated by us from 2022 to 2024 in loving handwork inside and out. Our vacation cottage is a small paradise surrounded by untouched nature and without neighbors. The property is located at 750 meters above sea level on a hillside with a beautiful view. It's a rustic log cabin with a living/sleeping studio, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The bed is a rustic, self-built double bunk bed and can accommodate 4 people.
