We’ve spotted dolphins and manatees in the water off the back- and caught countless fish. For years my family has spent time on Nettles Island enjoying all the amenities that the community offers. Waterfront Nettles Island Beach House: Pool Access

Bob was great with communication before we arrived. The golf cart rental and use of bikes was really nice! We had a minor glitch with getting in the gated community and user error with a new door lock but Bob handled it well and was very quick to respond to calls/texts. The House is very nicely equipped and we felt at home. You won't regret staying here!

This was our first time on Nettle’s Island- but hopefully not our last! Scott’s place had absolutely everything we needed for a week of fun. The golf cart made beaching so easy- and allowed me to keep my van sand-free! We played mini golf 3 of the 6 nights- we loved having it right outside our back door! The house is well stocked for beach fun, including towels, chairs, and boogie boards! Scott was definitely a SUPER HOST! We hope to stay again!!

Great stay, fun island with lots of activities. The house was clean and had what we needed. The bbq grill and picnic table were not there as advertised and we ran into a few issues with the golf cart, but was an otherwise great trip.
