Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.

A spacious living area is furnished with two coral-colored sofas and a wooden coffee table positioned on a colorful rug. A guitar, a saxophone, and a keyboard are present for musical enjoyment. Large windows allow natural light to brighten the room, with a view of the surrounding greenery.

A nice and quiet place with quick access to the A61. The house is modern, spacious and in very good condition. It was perfect for a long weekend (5 people).

Sylvia is extremely helpful, and the room she rents out is one of the nicest I've ever found through AirBnB. I made a mistake with our reservation, which she helped resolve more kindly than I could have hoped for. The area is certainly worth visiting again, and I won't think twice on where to stay when I come back.

The chalet is surrounded by large trees, which is why the view is very relaxing. Nan is very warm and immediately available for questions. But I also had my peace and quiet and feel undisturbed. Everything is new and modern. There were even various herbs to sprinkle or small jams in the fridge, which made me very happy. I felt right at home. The bed (box spring) is very comfortable. I have hiked a lot in nature and it is just fantastically beautiful😌. The path to the chalet is a gravel path, which is why, for example, a wheeled suitcase is not so practical. I'd love to come back😊
