Vacation rentals with a patio in Nepal

It’s a perfect place for a family, peaceful and quite located just few mins away from Boudha stupa. Dawa is very responsive and helpful. He would always answer our call and help us whenever needed. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you

Great location and a responsive host. Nice rooftop for watching the city. Some equipment ( fridge controls, water heater) needed work but the host is quick to respond to issues.

It was a great experiences as a first timer booking an airbnb . Totally worth it My friends and I enjoyed alot and would love to stay there if we visit kathmandu next time.

Stayed for a month at Niraj's serviced-apartment and am very glad I did. Niraj is very responsive and considerate host, his staff was always available to deal with any issue in real time, the neighborhood is very peaceful and is just a walk away from lively Thamel, if you don't mind the dusty unpaved roads in this neighborhood - you'll have a great time. One issue I had was finding the place, Niraj is working to set the precise location on Airbnb, and until that's fixed I suggest that when you arrive at the marked location you either keep in contact with Niraj and maybe have one of the stuff find you or you can look for the building in the listing's exterior photos, took me a few minutes but wasn't a hassle. Would come back whenever I'm back in Kathmandu.

It was great place to stay! Very cozy, clean and comfortable. You have everything you need in the room. The Host was always supportive and friendly. I recommend this place 👍.

A perfect place to get away from the noisy city center. The very quiet area and the house was located in a small community. The house was very welcoming, with a large and bright kitchen, perfect for quiet cooking. In the surroundings there were many wellies where to buy food to cook. It was a very pleasant stay!

A very cozy place in indeed. Good view of the mountains. Really helpful and reliable host. 5 min walk to the main lakeside. Overall , I'd absolutely recommend it.

Umesh’s place is beautiful to stay while exploring Kathmandu. House is beautiful and we must appreciate assistance provided from Purna. However, I have to leave some feedback. I advise Umesh not to keep his family photos everywhere for his own privacy reason and for the comfort of guests as well. In addition, there should be some sort of care on maintenance of taps and door handles. Saying these things, house is beautiful to say😊

The property was exactly as described and very quit and peaceful. There was a nice cafe to eat at the property and the views of the area were amazing. I was visiting with 3 friends and we each had our own room and bathroom. I would recommend anyone staying here to make sure they have transportation to the town - we had our own car so there was no issue. Otherwise I would tell anyone to stay here!

Super beautiful spot in a great location in Kathmandu. The hosts are the loveliest people you’ll ever get to meet. Highly recommend staying here if you have a group of around 8!

I stayed at Rashil's apartment for almost a whole month and felt very comfortable there. Rashil and Kiwako are incredibly warm hosts. Whether you need tips in the area or want to cook together. Thank you both for the great time I had in Banepa! You made my stay a wonderful experience. The location was great for me as I worked in Dhulikhel hospital and the bus station was very close. It only took me 15 minutes to get to work from the door to the door. Also otherwise you could find everything you could ever need nearby, such as restaurants, supermarkets and shopping. The apartment is superbly furnished, with large kitchen and a great courtyard. Everything is very stylish!

Best place for the inexpensive price

From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by its modern elegance and spacious layout. The location is also perfect, within walking distance to the famous Boudhanath stupa and restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable home in the heart of the city.

Yi's place is a quiet, clean, and comfortable place. You get a great view of the lake from the balcony and it's very calming to just sit there and do nothing. The beds and bathrooms were sparkling clean and well maintained. The place itself is about 2 KM from the main Lakeside area and away from all the noise. It's about a 30-minute walk or you could simply hire a bike to get around. And when in the lakeside area, a must visit is Yi's restaurant "The Juicery Cafe". It's a fantastic lakeside restaurant where we've probably had the best pork dish ever in our life!

My family absolutely loved the place and were impressed by its maintenance and cleanliness. They were able to locate it easily - thanks to Ashin's guidance. Also the recommended restaurants were great too! Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Pokhara with their family. I hope to visit again too!

It is a lovely home, loved the interior. We really enjoyed our time there. The manager was very friendly and helpful. 💯 Cooked a hot meal at home, so closest big mart is like 7-8 min ride which is not bad. Overall, it’s a lovely place. Would recommend! ⭐️

this was a great unit AND definitely was bigger then I expected based on the photos. it was complete and within the inner streets of the neighborhood....so it was away enough from the main road to avoid all the excess noise (from traffic/business etc). it was well equipped, comfy bed, basics in the kitchen but the host made it clear that anything we needed, she would try to accommodate - thats always a plus... amazing stay and happy we stayed here
