Felt at home from the moment we stepped into Debendra's place - all thanks to a friendly, helpful and attentive host and great staff. Amazing momos for dinner, great value room, and walkable to the centre of Kathmandu whilst feeling like a small and secluded slice of peace & quiet.

Amazing place- everything is outstanding: the view, the hospitality, Fatima's food, the vibe... it is really one of a kind. What a luxury in nowdays world to be able to disconnect from frenzy, immerse in such devine nature and be surrounded by a pristine environment. Highly recommended to the adventurers and to anyone in search of peace. it is a life changing experience !

If you are into hammocks, yoga, meditation, sound healing, being away from the city bustle, vegetarian food, farming, having kitchen access, and gracious hosts then you have found your Pokhara destination. Access to a yoga studio and kitchen is a huge plus. Rooms are basic but spacious and romantically rustic. They have yoga classes and retreats available, though we were free to practice our own. Great value altogether for what you have access to. Also on the way up to Sarangkot if you're feeling in the mood for a good 2-3 hour hike. A little hard to find at night but they are excellent with communication.

This homestay was a perfect fit for me: I loved chatting with different tourists from all over the world at communal meals, I loved to help the owners and get my hands dirty, and mostly, I enjoyed learning and practicing the Nepali language. We had a welcoming party from the villagers where we learned to dance. What a treat! Everyone was so welcoming. A special thanks to Susmita for her translating services! The food was AMAZING! This place is NOT for someone who wants to be pampered. The goal is to immerse yourself in the culture and to participate with the chores as much as you can. I stayed for 2 nights and that was the perfect amount of time for my liking .

My stay at Green Hills was very great. The retreat is quietly located and with a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake. You can walk to the city or go hiking. Ishwor and his team were kind and well taken care of the guests. The yoga and sound healing sessions were very good, I learned a lot and was able to relax. Perfect to gain strength before trekking and relax after trekking.

One of the most beautiful and quiet places I've stayed in Nepal. Hosts are very helpful and can provide anything needed including delicious food. Hot shower is a little difficult but also can be arranged, which is a small trade considering the rest that this place provides.

Santosh is very friendly and welcoming host. The view from the bedroom is amazing, really calm and peaceful. It is a 10 minute drive from the Lakeside ( mainly tourist area ). Thank you for the hospitality :)

My friends and I had a wonderful time in the Ramakanta's house. He and his family were very helpful and anything we needed. They organized a trip by jeep in the reserve; it was amazing! Ramakanta is a surprisingly caring person. He met us at Bharatpur ( it takes almost six hours!); and also pursued and put our group on the bus to Kathmandu. I definitely recommend cosy and authentic house Ramakanta to stay in Chitwan!

The landlord Sarita is very friendly and kind, with an angelic smile. She provided a lot of local travel tips and took me to many local activities. She can provide meals at any time, which is just as comfortable as living at home, This is the warmest family hostel I have ever stayed in, Thanks a lot for Sarita did for me. Will stay again when I back from Pokhara .

We had amazing stay! Super friendly family and staff. Super helpful and insightful about the nepali way of living. We enjoyed the tranquility and sunrises from our room’s balcony although it was bit foggy the time we were around. The restaurant offers lots of nepali dishes cooked with ingredients from the garden. Definitely worth a visit (or more!). We’ll be back for some more trekking! But be aware of some bumpy roads on your way up there.
