Recommended! iIf you want to have a peaceful bonding in the balcony, this place is great! they have a table and 2 chairs at the balcony, also have wine glasses. You only need to buy/bring your own drinks, then you can chill there and gave a good talk with ur company. Also, lots of good restaurant and malls in the surrounding. if you need to buy/do something, there's 7/11 around, or dept stores, salon, etc.

Overall our stay was really good. The place was clean and the utensils in the kitchen were complete. However the internet was not working since there was an outage of the specific internet carrier during our stay but the host refund us for the lack of internet connection. The host was responsive and helpful for my clarification and needs. Over all our stay good and will definitely recommend the host to others. 🙂❤️

We had a pleasant stay at this studio unit. It was clean and just the right size for two people. The bathroom was okay, and the overall setup was comfortable. What stood out the most was the host’s hospitality—he was very accommodating, even helping us with a last-minute change to our guest list. He was friendly and showed genuine concern, which made our experience even better. Would recommend for a hassle-free stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were absolutely terrific—very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. There was a bit of confusion at the lobby with the staff on duty—they didn’t have clear info on things like trash disposal or how to handle adding an extra guest. That said, I want to emphasize that this wasn't the fault of the hosts, who were always quick to help and clearly care a lot about their guests' experience. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

A home away from home. The unit is so cozy, super clean and smells nice. Also loved the layout, the cozy bed and really enjoyed the hot&cold shower. Kdrama feels with the smart door lock, felt super safe. So thankful for Miss Beverly for catering our rush booking and even provided a welcome basket with complimentary food, water & toiletries. Definitely worth it! Will surely book again.

Serenity Suite was the perfect place for our short stay in Iloilo. The place was clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and the beds spacious with clean, comfortable sheets. The bathroom had everything we needed like soft towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, and toothbrushes, plus a quality water heater with steady temperature. We loved the extras: a TV with Netflix, fast Wi-Fi, and a beautiful river view. Just steps away is the Esplanade and Sunset Boulevard, perfect for peaceful walks among mangroves and lush greenery. This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! Much better than some 3-star hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s ideally located for those who want the peace of private living with easy access to restaurants, shops, and cafés. We felt so at home that we enjoyed staying in as much as going out. Communication with the host and caretaker was smooth. They responded quickly with precise information. We’ll definitely book again when we return!

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

Back again for a 2nd stay! This is my go to place whenever Im in Bacolod. Easy to get around and responsive host. Definitely felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. It's a great value, I can’t recommend it enough.

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed in Lett unit with my 4 friends & it was exceptional. Room was beautiful. Cris was very accommodating. Free native-snacks upon arrival. Highly recommended!

The place truly feels like home—cozy, clean, and conveniently located near Megaworld and other top spots. Everything was great! My only small suggestion would be to provide complimentary shampoo and soap. Other than that, it’s a solid 6/5 experience!

From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

This is our second stay at Mae Ann’s house. We enjoy staying here. She deserves the designation of Super-host. Easy to deal with, respectful, considerate, friendly, great communicator, and generous. When the local power went out, back-up lights for the house came on automatically. That was fab! Her homes are always very clean and well arranged. The location is a good one. Good supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Several good laundromats are a walk away. SM Bacolod is about 10-15 minutes away as well as Gyms and various attractions. We intend to stay at Mae Ann’s next time we’re here. Thank you Mae Ann for your hospitality!

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

It was a fun and comfortable stay. What stood out is the friendliness and responsiveness of Mae Ann. The place of course was clean and all the possible needed things were provided. Stay at Mae Ann's place and have the feel of staying in the comforts of your home.
